"We’ve been living at Boerne Oaks for almost 3 years. One summer our AC went out the owner was real quick into getting us a brand new one! The maintenance guy is really good too, he tends to all work orders in a timely manner. The apartment manager is awesome, if you have any issues with rent she’s always able to help and get you assistance if needed. Hit a rough patch earlier this year and my manager helped us apply for Texas rent relief. Most managers would’ve said oh well and told me to figure it out. This is a wonderful tight nit community and you’d be lucky to live here! The owner is also great too and drives to make sure all his tenants are living in a safe and family environment. They also have a no policy rule for cops too which is great if you have kids! Definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to start their family or if you’re single. Rent is very affordable for the Boerne area too! Awesome complex Jeanette and Ben are running!"

"My family has been living at Boerne Oaks since 2019. My husband and daughter moved in while overseas and the staff was so patient and understanding with him. They are so attentive to everything. The regional manager is top notch, you can’t find anyone like her. I’ve lived in quite a few places over the years while in the military and Boerne oaks has been my favorite. I’ve made so many great friends that became family. The owner is wonderful as well, if you have an issue that happens after hours and you need immediate help he’s always there to answer his phone and is very involved in making sure his tenants has a nice place to live in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who’s new to area!"

I have a big husky and a cat and apartment complex is VERY pet friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home!!!"
