"I lived here for two years and can recommend it. My rent raised only $50 or so, whereas it would have raised much more to match inflation. Maintenance responds to critical issues quickly. When my AC went out on a somewhat hot day I was offered several window mounted coolers in the meantime. I did experience roaches, despite a clean house, until I caught one coming through the worn out front door seal. Maintenance replaced the seal, the roaches ended. The front gates are quite loud if you're a light sleeper like me. No assigned parking was absolutely fantastic. I hate needing a pass and getting your spot stolen. No such problems here, there's always open spots."

"Great place to live. My kids always have friends to play with. Great schools, bus comes right to apt complex. Just resurfaced pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood, neighbors keep to themselves. Kids aren't out of control. Packages never go missing. Maintenance man AL is great!"
