"I have lived here for 15 years. There have been some problems but all in all I feel it's a good place to live. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is when something breaks it takes a long time to fix. We used to have bus service but Dart cancelled it, so if you don't have a car transportation is a problem."

"These apartments could be so wonderful. The bus route no longer services here. The puzzle room and Tv room have been locked up for months. The laundry room always has broken washers and dryers and they change the hours constantly. People in the second building have to come to the first to get laundry done. The hot water is out for days. There have been busted pipes that make the ceilings fall in and they don’t resolve quickly so residents live in the situation for long periods of time. The tenants are wonderful! I’m bummed because my mother had such a good life and many friends but the last couple years …. She has had enough so moving her out. Oh! watch out regarding towing. Make sure to register every day! 319.00 hit to the budget."

"We no longer have a bus stop. There is a lot of free parking. The price is right. We are limited in which Internet and which TV companies we can use. The reason for four stars is my belief that our most recent management team is doing the best that they are allowed to do. Our gym is in bad shape and in six years, my windows have never been washed. I love the residents here."

"I've lived here 10 years. My complaints are they need to upgrade appliances. This is of course a senior property and the people here are pretty friendly. Rent is lower than most apartments but you definitely get what you pay for. Steve our manager/owner is very kind."

"I don't know what apartment complex you are reviewing Jesus, but its NOT Park Manor. I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it. In the time I have lived here we have not had a manager named Veronica and no one has to sell any parking stickers because we have more than ample parking. Its one of the reasons I moved here. The staff is the best. To my knowledge, we have NEVER had bedbugs!"
