"I went to get a tour to get an apartment for myself, and Lesly the leasing agent was so informative and so nice she really answered all my questions I had and even showed me a model. "Broadmoor Place Apartment is a great place to live because the property is blessed with great workers. I have known Jade Anariba, the current manager, since the time she was assisting the previous manager. Her consistent friendly demeanor endears residents to the apartment. In my almost 15 years of residing here, I have been through a couple of managers, but Jade is exceptional. She responds promptly to the residents' requests including maintenance, she looks after the welfare of the residents, she lifts burdens off of the residents. One thing that I personally appreciate about Jade is that her availability fits the schedule of every resident. She arranges to get many maintenance work completed for me for months without having to meet with her in person. She treats emails as if you were there personally. I don't have to call, or leave my work to go to the apartment office, all I need is an email and it's all done. Thank you, Jade."
