"Misery…Misery… Plz do not plan to move into this apartment ! If u r already in the apartment and planning to move out of the apartment, you will get a bad news after 4 months… Really after 4 months… They are frauds… They are not going to be changed…. I left the apartment on due date( 10/31/2023)and handed over the key on same date. while I was on this apartment I had horrible experiences. Management doesn’t listen, roaches, maintenance, over billing, referrals etc etc… They will be behind you even after months and months after u leave. 4 months after I finally left the apartment after staying there for a year they are sending me $785 bills. I have all the photographs of the day when I finally moved out from this apartment. They cannot charge me for anything, I was living alone, there was no damage of any kind when I left the apartment. I m going to sue against them,"

"I've lived in these apartments since 2012 and I got to say the worst management team ever. I try to call the office about any concerns and it goes straight to the automated voice system, and I have to call 10 to 15 times even more sometimes to talk to someone at the office. I've even called the office while I'm in the office and no one answers the phone and they just sit there not answering the phone. They also change personnel on a daily, like one day you talk to one person and the next time you go up there someone new is there and you have to repeat the whole process all over again because the previous person didn't leave any notes on the account, especially when it comes to dealing with the rent or any other fees."

"I can honestly say my transfer into a new place started off rocky with the old staff, but since the new staff has come in I will say that they truly took care of me in a comforting and expeditious manner. They made me feel heard and that my time and livelihood meant something to them. I love the new staff and all of the changes they are making here!!"

"I have finally got the chance to post about Westgate! We moved in a few weeks ago and it has felt like home since!! Makyia and Frida are not only so sweet but so professional. They got us approved and moved in so quickly. The apartment was beyond our expectations, the pool and fitness center has been amazing and well kept. I still can’t get over how nice our apartment is. If anyone is looking for a place in Irving this is the place to go!!! My husband and I have a place where we can call it home. (These photos doesn’t do the apartment any justice)"
