"This place is terrible and inconvenient when it comes to the needs of the property and it's tenants. Very frustrating when you are a responsible Tennant, pay your bills on time and still get POOR SERVICE. All they care about is money and will constantly go up on your rent while everything around you on the property is in shambles! Broken mailboxes, trash all over the complex, POT HOLES, bugs, loud neighbors, CRIMES you name it. Dogs aren't safe inside designated dog park area. Broken glass scattered all over dog park because other tenants are using if for personal use. Constantly changing the towing companies making it hard to keep your car safe from being towed. New management changes every 3 months OR LESS. They make their own hours of operation, can hardly get anyone on the phone. I am always having to get the city of Irving involved to get things fixed in my apartment. This place is scary and overall a dump and doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Save your money and go some place else."

"Utterly ridiculous how this property is unkept! The management in the office has changed more than one can count. There isn't one ounce of professionalism & getting anything done is just about impossible. There is no corporate office to speak with, the on-line website is not even complete, and it actually is misleading - totally not true. The apartments are raggedy to say the least and it seems no one cares. Do better to whoever the owner is of the property and make the living conditions along with communication better. It is awful at Woodside Villas in Irving, TX."

"We were in the process of moving and went back to our apartment at night to get some things and caught the maintenance men in our apt after hours stealing our shoes, hats and anything worth something...they were loading it up in their personal car."

"I have been living here for about a year now. When I first moved in management sucked and was very ghetto. They changed management companies and Delilah the manager and Karla the assistant manager are awesome. They dont look at you as just tenants but actual people who go through hard times, ups and downs just like e erybody else. Lol Delilah keeps it real with you and is straight with no chaser but has a heart of gold. Karla is the sweetest person ever and is always smiling, helpful and pleasant. I will recommend anyone these apartments because of them oh and let's not forget the maintenance who will come and fix whatever needs to be fixed quick fast and in a hurry, and are all so nice and down to earth. When you show people your just not after their money and you care about them you get my endorsement anyday."
