"This apartments will give you the worst experience ever, the maintenance never comes to fix anything when requested, the vallet trash people will never pickup your trash despite the fact that you pay for it every month, for someone that works all the time and never have time to cook anything the amount of roaches is unbelievably so no you will never see the pest control either, you just pay for a service you cant use. something look out for is when you move out because the manager will pocket your deposit and make lies about sending it to you, till today I never got my deposit back. I went to check on it multiple times and they kept on giving me the run around. I asked where they send it to and the managers said to my old address(Sedona park) unbelievable!! when I asked to get the mailbox key and check it all of a sudden he cant find the keys. when I ask to call the bank that issue the check now he says the check has been cashed "like what "??? so yea make sure you get your deposit back because the manager there is pocketing peoples money !!"

"This is apartment complex is the worst apartment complex I've lived at in all my 40yrs of life. The only perk is that it's close to my job. I'm currently waiting on my lease to end so I can find something that gives a better quality of life. I've had to make several maintenance requests regarding the plumbing in my building, meaning all the toilets in the building will just stop working, and the front office barely gives us a heads up, so the tenants don't find out until the toilet has overflowed and flooded the apartment. At that point, the plumbing issues are communicated. I've had several issues with roaches to the point of having to do my own treatments because they're treatments actually make the problem worse. I don't recommend this apartment complex because they are are overpriced in comparison to other properties and these ongoing issues have created stress and anxiety for me. I work entirely too hard to pay this FLUCTUATING rent (meaning my rent is a different price almost every month because there are mysterious water charges from 6+ months ago that keep recurring on my statement) to have to deal with ongoing issues. The valet trash service barely picks up the trash, the walls are barely insulated because I can hear my neighbors talking through the wall all the time and the overall experience of staying here for almost 2yrs has not been pleasant. It hasn't been all bad, but the bad outweighs the good with Sedona Park Apartments. So I advise you to really consider the reviews of this apartment complex before signing any lease. I read the reviews when I first moved here and they weren't the best, but the location and the price point were ideal after losing everything in a fire. If you're not in a emergency situation where you need a place to live immediately, then consider a different property and BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I hope this review saves someone from the headache I'm currently dealing with and have been dealing with."

"I wanted to give a huge shoutout to lead maintenance man, Ernest Hernandez. Ever since he arrived on site he has always been very good at making sure that all issues are taken care of. He follows up on issue already taken care of and make sure that nothing new has arrived. Whenever we need something fixed he goes out of his way and does his best to fix it quickly. It’s rare that building maintenance actually care about the tenants and Ernest is really good at what he does. Need more like him."

"The level of communication. The maintenance issues that never gets resolved. Before I transferred units my freezer didn’t properly close at all they never sent me a new refrigerator like they said they would. Had an issue with my master bedroom shower now properly working then went serval months without hot water they never came and fixed it. Got a new property manager who really don’t communicate at all. He canceled my lease to a new apartment without notice or anything. Then I reapplied and was told before I could be approved to pay my balance. The last balance I paid was all I knew then all of suddenly I had another balance and a late fee which I still haven’t been told why I was charge that or the late fee. When I came to speak with the property manager he told the leasing agent to handle the issue who doesn’t have the power to do that. Not only that when I call to speak to someone I literally have to call about 10 times back to back before I finally get someone to pick up. Not only that the communication between management and the leasing staff is not on the same page at all. Anytime a maintenance ticket is put in and you call they always say they a send someone out the same day and never happens at all."

"I moved in 9/2/23 and noticed my air conditioner was not working. I called emergency maintenance and no one returned my 3 calls Saturday Sunday nor Monday. Later that same day 9/2/23 water started leaking from my kitchen sink, my bathroom sink and my laundry room. I called 2 more times and no one responded. I sent an email to the manager and got no response. Tuesday 9/5 I went to the office and the manager assured me he order a new AC unit and it would be here Thursday. I asked for a portable AC or some type of fans and he said they did not have any to provide me with. He also said maintenance would be by to fix my 2 sinks that were not working on Wednesday 9/4/23 . Thursday 9/7/23 I was still without AC and working sinks in my unit. The manager was unprofessional, called me a liar and refused to help me until I told him I had been recording our interaction and would be filing suit today against them from violating my Texas Tenant rights to have a safe and livable apartment. My unit is beautiful and I love the area. But the staff needs to be replaced with people who care about other people basic needs in an apartment. It has been over 100 degrees in the DFW and to be without AC and working water for a week is beyond unacceptable."
