"I have lived here since 2020 and it was no problems in the beginning but over the last year 2 it just got horrible water being cut off almost daily with no notification at all new management is never in office at all there no way to try and reach her and they aren’t fixing any of the issues at hand. On section 8 and suppose to pay a set portion yet they are charging full rent on top of the portion housing is charging you I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place on earth"

"I have been here over 4 years now. It’s always a problem when comes to getting any kind of maintenance done. It’s the second day and no one has came to check my heat. They send out the email like they really going to get someone out to do their job. And, it never happens. Until you complain and complain! And, it would still take a long time. They don’t have a key anymore to my apartment, because they never got them back from the old maintenance crew. I’ve called multiple times about my tub, lights not working in the kitchen, screen door that has never been replaced since I been here. It’s been over 90 days and now my lights are blinking off and on and going out. And, they just put them in. A lady called about resurfacing my tub and said she was scheduled for that day. Not once did I get a call about the appointment. Management has been poor every since Griselda left! Maintenance has been poor since the beginning!"

"My family lived here for 3 years and recently had our unit damaged during a storm at the end of August. Coopers Crossing put me and my family in a extended stay until repairs could be finished, once repairs started the discovered the unit had more damage than they knew (mold) they extended our stay at the hotel. It is now the end of October and my family and I are still in the extended stay. We recently received a letter stating that our apartment is now uninhabitable and our lease is been terminated. On top of that Coopers Crossing is not willing to pay for the hotel passed November 3 and now my family is on the brink of being homeless unless we can find a place that accepts section 8 by the 3rd. They gave us no options for another unit and has taken no responsibility in this matter what so ever. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Trash is always everywhere, children vandalized the property, stray cats everywhere, the whole complex water system is below average. This place is just all around terrible , from the top down. Really isn’t worth the one star"

"Do NOT MOVE HERE. First off, the apartments are crawling with roaches. It's truly terrible. You can't live in this place and not become prey to the hoardes of roaches living in the walls. I'm sure during the walk-in there aren't any roaches to be seen because no one is living there yet. However as soon, and I mean as soon as you get settled, start cooking and so on, the roaches will start rolling in. Secondly, the plumbing is awful. In the bathroom, I always had the experience of the ceiling leaking, and the drain tube for excess water was set to expertly drip onto the head of the unfortunate person who chose to take a shower that day. The kitchen sink was always leaking to the point of water damage, and the maintenance men never knew how to fix it, which brings me to my last point. The maintenance and management. I understand that management has recently changed, so maybe that will mean some good changes, but the maintenance that were there during my occupation did things that really overstepped the line. One used my face towel as a rag to clean the floor behind himself, and another used my bathroom and left pee all OVER the toilet seat. It was truly disgusting. They seems terribly trained, took months to show up for a work order, and so on. So word to the wise, look elsewhere."

"So I’ve been here a couple of years now and now we have a new apartment manager, I can say they’ve gotten better at fixing stuff a lil. But now u have young adults hanging out in the hallways on the stairs smoking weed hanging out all day on the weekend. It definitely makes your company uncomfortable to have to deal with that. The new APARTMENT MANAGER DOES NOTHING. The weekends are terrible kids running and Cursing all threw the halls it’s sad…. This will definitely be my last year here these apartments have definitely gone down these last couple months."
