Asher Park Apartments

"The management there is awful. I don't know why they chose the manager they have there now. She is no good and will do no good for this community. They need to either do a reevaluation or something because she is always rude no matter what. I came in looking for more information and she told me to come back at a different time bc she was busy when she was in there eating and talking to another coworker at the front. If they're busy why don't they lock up instead. And when I came back she was very rude and obviously does not care to help anybody or anyone . Hope she gets paid good for shoving food up her mouth and being rude to people all day with all the bad reviews that are left about her. Don't know why she works in customer service if she can't even do well in that. Find another job."

"Horrible customer service! Where are the old staffs? Maribel is very rude , unprofessional and angry, her aggressive nature will not make her give a good service. She rather sit and talk in the office than to help out. Asher Park Apartment do not need a manager like this, there is problems about the facilities not an angry manager please. My experience with her in the office was terrifying ."

"I really feel like any apartment complex off of Walnut Hill Lane needs to be reevaluated before making that final decision to relocate to the area. Definitely need to look at the space at least two times very thoroughly and notate. Any maintenance request or repairs that’s needed because they are very slow for about executing them as well as they’re overpriced for such small spaces such horrible customer service the staff is very rude, untrustworthy and messy and will take any information to get or have a person evicted or thrown out. I lived in rustic Ridge for two years and Asher Park Apartments for two years and. By far both complexes are the worst areas and complexes I’ve ever lived in. Please take everything that I’ve said into consideration before moving a relocating to this area because they are indeed trifling and will get over on your lease agreement. I moved out, was forced to moved out of the second complex because they had sublease my apartment without my knowledge and I had to move immediately all in one day also, they will make fake eviction notices that has not been approved or served by Constable or sheriff, and a plethora of things I could go on and on about these two complexes but please, I would say don’t move in either one, but it’s ultimately your decision, but I had bad experience at both, especially with the staff who lie and aren’t really the apartment manager most of these properties are owned by entities that are not even located in Texas but managed by people who live outside of the state so I behoove you to take your time and be careful God bless"
