"Would like to give a rating of 5 for my recent experience of providing the service. Especially we had an issue with Washer and even though it is not related to apartment team, but management immediately addressed my issue and sent the team to resolve that issue. Thanks again. Not just this, in the recent times, the way management addressing the issues is also great. Thanks again."
"Awful experience. When moving in, the toilet wasn't working and the washer and dryer were not setup. The water would be shut off in my apartment building at least one whole day every month. Management also changed three times despite being there for only one year. On moveout, I was put into collections after being mischarged $760 for my final bill. The bill was corrected after hounding them down (they don't pick up the phone), but I was already in collections. I paid it, but was left in collections for over 6 months."
"I stop by theses apartments in hope to see 1 bedroom, the staff was very friendly, attended to me as soon as i walked in the door and the Property Manager Irene was very nice offered us refreshments made us feel like we were already a resident. I had stop by here a couple of years ago and had a bad experience, but I thought i'd they to stop by again to see if they were the same. I hope the new people stay that reslly makes a difference. Compared to other apartments in the area, I will recommend these apartments for sure to others."
"I give this property 5 stars!!! Very well kept and property manager Irene was so welcoming this morning. Decided last minute to stop by when they first opened, and she did not turn me away but toured me (in which I loved) this is a hidden gem for sure. I am hoping to be a part of this community!! Thank you again Irene!"
"From bad to worse. I have been here for 3 years and each administration is worse than the previous one, damage to the water system which will last for weeks with the water draining and nobody does anything to repair said fault, the garbage collection is terrible, they do not do the job as it should be and this is deducted from the monthly payment, the main doors have not been repaired for 1 year, and the maintenance staff goes when they remember that they have pending work! I do not recommend it to anyone! The rent payment is very high for the quality of service that this condominium should have"
