"I should have made this review months ago. Warning to anyone looking for an apartment, stray away from Ayva. The place has a huge infestation of cockroaches and untrustworthy staff. They say they are there to help and support you, but in reality they only want your money. They don't care about their tenants, they don't try to support you, help you. I stayed at Ayva for a year, had a huge cockroach infestation, complained to Ayva every month exchanging emails. I had their exterminators come constantly with guarantees to help solve the problem. Nothing happens in the end, the problem only got worse. I have plenty of pictures of these pests, hell, one month in June I had over 100 dead roaches in the apartment. What made it worse, was that Ayva had their exterminators go to determine if I had an infestation and they said no, I don't. How the hell is 100 dead roaches not considered an infestation. I was about 10 months into my lease by that time. I see some reviews below mentioning how the staff are nice, Roxanne is nice. I can't say that they are not nice, they were for the most part. However, Roxanne does tend to ghost you if you have problems. She rather not deal with you, have you pay till the end of the lease then leave. That way she doesn't have to deal with it. At the end, maybe they are nice people at face value, but with bad ethics and morals. Seeing them reply to past posts saying they are sad to see the review and state that everyone has their own experiences is laughable. You have bad reviews because you have bad practices, you lie, you don't help people. Ayva may state in the reply to this review that they had offered to help me with my problem by having me move to another apartment but I refused. The problem was that I was 10 months into my lease by that time. I also wasn't living in my apartment due to the sever health risk living with a roach infestation. I did not have the time to go and move, and who knows, there is a good chance that the other apartment they would have moved me into would also have an infestation. So, why put in the effort when I am basically moving out in a little over a month. Ayva just like many other companies, state "reach out to us", "call us", "we are waiting to hear back from you". This is a facade and a lie most of the time. I and many others have reached out to you, have called you, emailed you, walked in your front door and all you did was smile and say OK. Nothing happens in the end. Or you just completely ghost us. So I implore anyone who reads this review to not consider, view, or give your time and money to Ayva."

"Reviews are extremely important these days and necessary. I'm an interested applicant and after reading all the negative reviews, I'm dodging a bullet. Everyone isn't lying in these negative review. Thank you to the previous unhappy tenants who took the time out to save people like me from losing $. At the same time this property needs to look up the word "Accountability" in Websters dictionary. Own the failures and stop minimizing the distress you'll caused these good people."

"The staff here is friendly I dealt with Wendy but also spoke to Roxanne. Wendy is very funny good sense of humor and goes out her way to help. If you are considering this complex ask for Wendy."

"Do not put in an application with this apartment complex. I put an application, I was approved they received my deposit, admin fee and application for $425.00 I was showed an apartment then later they tried to give me another then tried to charge me a $400.00 community fee. All that being said I spoke with the manager and she stated to that none of money is refundable. If anybody has had this issue I’m am in contact with a lawyer."

"Worst service!! 1.Let me start this way, when you go to the leasing office, there is a leasing assistant who first try to be very polite and once you sign the lease and get your keys, she starts getting annoyed.. we moved last year and when we brought up the issue about plugs outlets not working, we brought that to her attention as our bathroom had no power , she started saying” it will be done by today” for next 8 days. On 9th day we talked with the manager who was very professional and polite and she assured us that electrician will come in next few days. 2. Every time we call to request for service or even we go to leasing office the front desk lady gets angry n annoyed which we could see in her face. 3. Cockroaches: a lots of cockroaches in the unit .. even the pest control cannot stop cockroach. 4. Important point, We were told that our room was renovated. Just the floor was wooden except that everything looked the same old. Eg; fridge- fridge was white in color kitchen was white in color. Their maintenance person told us that renovated room must have black appliances. We felt cheated then n there. That moment we decided that we will not leave in that apt. Imagine you paying almost $1300 for a room (including utilities) which you were told was a renovated room but actually it wasn’t how would you feel? Never going back to stay at this apt. Zero stars to this apt"
