"This apartment complex has gone down in value and care since I have been here. Management is terrible now. There have been inappropriate things seen on some units doors when there are families that live here with small children. Prices have been raised for valet trash without a notice. Things are always broken and the hallways aren't always clean. There is no notice for things such as police raids but you'll be notified of the smell of weed in the hallway. If you make a complaint, management will try to intimidate you and make it seem like they are doing all they can to fix a problem but in reality they are just trying to save face for the business. They are unreliable and lie. If i could, I would give them no stars. I feel all these 5 star reviews are adds. Do not trust them. I still live here and cannot wait to move out."
"I have lived here for a year and a half. But recently I have started to hate it here and regret signing another lease. I work a second job at night and constantly come home after 10 pm to no parking spots. Visitors have started to take over resident parking because when I come home I either see the gate open or see a car waiting to drive into the gate after me. Start enforcing parking and doing something about this. I should not have to always park on the 5th floor and walk down the steps to my apartment on the 3rd floor every day."
"The service manager Moses is so kind and very helpful, and everyone I have met and talked to in the leasing office has always been very nice to me and my kids. We are so glad to finally live somewhere that we are happy to call home."
"My daughter lived here for 2 years. It was a wonderful experience. Her apartment was beautiful and the amenities were incredible. She is relocating but we will miss The Promenade at las Colinas."
