"All potential future residents, please beware that if you choose Calloway, after moving out, you may be charged twice for utilities and deducted an insane amount of money from your deposit. Also, you have no say in what is being charged. You may only wait till you receive a check to realize you are overcharged. I cleaned the apartment and shared photo with Calloway via email and maybe this is why no cleaning fee was charged. However, it is shocking to see trash, pest control, sewer, stormwater and water were charged by per day for a prolonged period, which was overcharges on top of the final charged on the same items (see the image attached). I got the statement by asking the management team several times after I received the check with just over $700. And it has been over a week since they said they are diligently taking care of the issue. I only get replies like "we have to send this up higher" and "we dont have an update" so there is no timeline of when I may receive the $400 overcharged and no promise of things getting resolved at all. I will update this review only if the correct amount Calloway owes to me is paid in full. I hope no one experiences what I am experiencing--having your hard earned money taken away and having a difficult time getting it back."

"We recently moved into this property. I had pleasure interacting with Marquel who assisted us and patiently addressed all our inquires and provided comprehensive information about the property which made our leasing process go smoothly. I must say my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The property management team was communicated very well."

"Everything about this apartment I can say is bad. There were issues when we moved in the apartment which never got fixed. You face zero maintenance even after so many complaints throughout your tenure of living here. Our downstairs neighbor who was also the property manager of the same society used to run TV till 3 AM in the morning and after 100s of complaint nothing happened. We decided to move out looking at so many issues right after our first lease term (1 year) itself. Now on moveout they have deducted $1025 from security deposit. I cleaned whole apartment thoroughly. I left the apartment in the same condition I moved in and now on move out they have to deduct such a huge amount that too without any explanation. They don;t do inspection with you so no discussions. They don't give security amount when you move out. They send a cheque a month or 45 days later to your new address. Super money sucking society!!!!! I have never seen deposits this large being taken in any society in US $1500-$2500 and neither such huge deductions when you move out. On top of it paid reviews. If you think the apartments are cheap forget that as it will be taken at the end of your lease. My old reviews have been deleted so they take down negative reviews as well marking them as flag etc."

"I have been living in this community for more than 2 years now. The buildings and appliances are old and we have to complain a lot as live but with the amazing help of staff like Natalie Garcia and Humberto my living experience was great. They were very helpful and always tried their best to resolve my issues asap. These two guys are amazing. They have good amenities like two swimming pool and tennis court , play area for kids , lots of food options around it."

"Move in at your own risk. I moved in July 2023 to my front door not being able to close, kitchen faucet broken, hot surface light on the stove, bathtub not resurfaced nor painted and water damage to my restroom cabinet. 2 months later I moved out to the terrible smell of mold or mildew in the restroom. The smell was so terrible I couldn’t stay in there longer than 2 minutes without getting a headache. I reached out to the assistant manager and she sent maintenance. Not only did the maintenance man come in for 5 seconds to look at the sink area and said no it’s not mold and I don’t smell anything and left. Minutes later I’m getting a email from the assistant manager stating it isn’t mold. If it’s not mold ok it’s mildew. The point is I was told it was going to be fixed my 2nd week of living there. Let’s not forget the assistant manager emailing me telling me under the cabinet looks like that from the products I had under there. If she would have came to look she would have seen I never placed anything under that smelly sink. Front door wasn’t fixed I was still waiting on the weather strip to be brought. Kitchen faucet wasn’t just pushed up just for it to come back down. I hate I even moved into that apartment complex especially when the apartment had issues."
