"I have lived in these apartments for more than two years and my family has started to have problems since there is a new administration. At the office they told me that the rent is late because I left the check on the 3rd. I have always left the check in the mailbox on the 3rd of each month since I have lived in these apartments, as it says on the lease and never I have had a problem until now that this new manager arrived. The manager is focused on harassing the residents more than listening or helping the community, he is trying to get money from people for any reason. Very disappointed and waiting to give my letter to leave the apartment ASAP and go to another place with better management"

"I visited this weekend looking for a one bedroom apartment the Leasing person Sabrina was very very sweet. I love the property. It’s so clean and nicely kept. The pool looks AMAZING! I’m not moving until June but this one is definitely on the top of my list."

"I have been living in these apartment several year and I have never had problem with anyone. The problem began when a mediocre manager wanted to act arbitrarily, taking advantage whit any pretext to get money from residents. They don't respect the privacy of the residents, someone from maintenance appears inside your apartment without previous notice, they don't take off their shoes full of dirt, dirtying the entire apartment carpet and when i tell them to take the shoes off and they don't care about it. Also the garbage thing is a joke, they charged me 50 just for taking out the trash one hour early because I went to work. Several times they won't pick up the trash and they don't respond to this, they should give us a discount on the trash service when they don't collect the trash. The office management always tells you to go to talk to them and when you go they don't solve anything, just excuses without a logical explanation, treating you as if you are not welcome. Totally unhappy with this new rude and arbitrary management, they only want to take advantage of the resident."

"I genuinely can't express enough how wonderful it is to live here! My apartment is an absolute gem, meticulously maintained and a true haven for me. The new maintenance staff has been incredibly responsive, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring they're resolved properly on the first attempt. The office staff goes above and beyond, always with a friendly and helpful demeanor. The ongoing improvements at the fitness center are promising, and I'm eagerly anticipating the finished result. While the only hiccup has been with the gates, the reassurance that a brand-new one is on the horizon, equipped with phone accessibility, has me genuinely thrilled! And I can't say enough how much I appreciate the new manager's efforts in getting the property looking and feeling clean and inviting, I was getting tired of seeing the trash in my hallway from my neighbors who can't seem to follow the trash rules. All in all, I am genuinely delighted to call this place home and without a doubt, I am gladly renewing my lease for another 14 months!"
