"The staff was prompt and helpful. I truly appreciate Kelsei LuBom in the front office for facilitating the lease agreement process and getting it completed within 4 days. The move in was just as smooth and simple with her support. They gave references for Electricity discounts and got the minor things fixed promptly upon our request. The playground and two mid sized swimming pools are good for adults too for daily swim . I truly recommend The Palmer by Cortland for the beautiful property and supporting staff"
