"Renting apartment here was a nightmare. From day one, we had rats infesting both our apartment and patio, and roaches crawling everywhere. Maintenance requests were futile; they never fixed anything, and even worse, they never bothered to show up. The cherry on top? The ridiculously high rent we were expected to pay for this subpar living situation. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for housing."

"Think twice before moving here . Did a bunch of shady stuff in the beginning & then put it back on me like it was my fault which left me in a major bind. Don’t ever be late you can’t make payments online at that point, they only accept certified payments . & they can enter your apartment at any time they want. This is a lesson learned , this year I will be buying a house ! I can’t take these renting schemes anymore !"

"I been living here for 3 years now, when I first moved here, it was a bad experience with the manager and staff at the time. That was in Feb 2020 nothing wasn't getting done, I wanted to leave. When my lease was up there was a new manager and new staff, so I decided to give it another chance another year, so right before my lease was up that year that's when Elizabeth,Paige, brenda and the rest of the staff came aboard and everything worked out perfectly thanks to Elizabeth going up and beyond to help me and I appreciate you Elizabeth and staff for helping me. Thank you!"

"I wish I could have waited until this was resolved but honestly I don’t care any more. This apartment has been nothing but trouble since we moved in. On move in day, the staff told us it was a “rush job.” There was water damage in the kitchen, lights out, I hurt myself on the multiple loose screws IN the carpet, carpets stained, the master bathroom shower was not usable, loose wall tiles, exposed wall sockets, the door frame to the master bath is splitting. Upon bringing all of this to light the manager appeared to care, but it was surface level. I have never in all of my years of renting come across someone as rude as the manager. Elizabeth is rude, condescending, belittling and invalidating. When the bathroom shower did not work she spoke down to me, stating I should just use the other shower until they get to fixing it. Issue here - we pay for TWO working showers. Our current issue is related to the AC. It’s 78-80+ in here at multiple points, no matter what we set the air to. It’s been days like this. My husband called the emergency number and Elizabeth answered. I am 7 months pregnant with a very difficult and high risk pregnancy. She spoke down to him, minimizing both the urgency and safety risk of this situation. We were told they’d put a portable unit in and we waited until 630pm, no one came. I was so miserable we spent $400+ on a portable unit. We come home and someone has installed a portable unit in our LIVING ROOM. The living room is massive and we do not sleep there, so it being there makes no sense. We have made multiple service requests and have been dismissed every time, stating everything is fine. We went to the office today. She came out guns blazing, disrespectful as ever. She talked to my husband and I like we were total idiots. “Heat rises, you aren’t the only residents with issues.” I struggled to keep my emotions calm and she would talk at me and not to me, and when I’d just listen instead of react, she’d pause and go “huh, do you understand?” I’ve never been spoken to like that in my life. We showed photos of high temperatures and she would shut it down and excuse it away. She went as far as to suggest we should be GRATEFUL for the portable unit they installed because they really only reserve those for people who don’t have AC at all. We showed her the awful installation of the AC unit they did and she said “I’m from the north, we even put towels in there so what they did was fine.” We have $200+ electric bills since May, and this apartment was the worst choice we made. Do not come here. If I weren’t as heavily pregnant as I am, we would leave now. $2000 a month is absurd when you are treated like this. My husband, in an attempt to illustrate how poor our experience has been attempted to list the issues we have had since move in and she cut him off and said “I don’t have time to talk about that, you can make an appointment if you want to discuss that.” I’ve contacted corporate, but I doubt it’ll make a difference, and I doubt they will respond."
