"A big No. This new CAF management made this place miserable. The whole apartment Lost water for 2 days because of some issues and this is not one time thing. Every now and then there is power outage , water outage without any notice they start working on some stuff. The staff at leasing office is not so helpful with all these. They have all the excuses. Maintenance requests take more than one month bcz it’s never “priority” for them. Not enough parking spots, the hallways of the buildings are never clean. Someone broke the whole case of bottles and no one cared. Upon requesting multiple times, no one showed up. Worst experience ever."

"I've been a resident in Lyndon Apartments since 3 weeks, and unfortunately, I've experienced consistent issues with the maintenance that I believe need urgent attention. Where do I start from, Google is not allowing me to give a 0 or negative review, so I will have to adjust with 1 star rating. Every thing is a big mess in this community. No Car Parking available, if you come after 5 PM, you can straight go to some other nearby public parking spot to park your vehicle. Staff doesn't have a proper count between how many vehicles are parked and how many parking spots are available at their community. Having all issues from their end, they are ready to tow your vehicle. Enter your house, I am damn sure you will see a roaches sharing space along with you in the apartment, in a newly leased and moved unit. Carpet will not be cleaned. Plumbing, kitchen tap has no flow at all. Bathrooms taps have very low flow of water. Newly leased unit is not at all cleaned before giving the keys to you. You will see all dust hanging to your vents, blinds, carpet, exhaust fans. Maintenance is a big joke in this community. You will be made to wait for 1 month upon submitting a emergency request. Any other priority, you can expect that to be addressed in no less than 6 months (based on other tenants review). Even if any maintenance person comes by mistake, he will just be like a quality check but will not be doing anything. I still have 5 open very high maintenance requests after waiting for 1 month. I am forced to pay $9 every month for pest control. I am shocked upon seeing what the person did after rising a request for pest control. He just dropped few drops behind the refrigerator and gas stove and left the unit. Upon asking for pest control in the living area, the response from the person was to raise a new request for that one again. Finally, I say not to join this community if moving newly. If you a current resident, I feel so sad about your situation, please keep waiting until calendar rolls to your lease end date."

"The worst apartment with negative and irresponsible answers from the front office after paying so much of rent. Don't choose this apartment you struggle a lot. The leasing office experienced a three-week power outage, resulting in the complete closure of the gym. Following this, ongoing maintenance problems persisted, and the promised amenities were never made available. When addressing concerns, the leasing office consistently responded in varying tones and provided a standard two-week timeline for resolution with each raised ticket. Despite numerous follow-ups, it often took a week or more for them to finally address and resolve the issues."

"MaKayla has been extremely a big help with the move. The Lyndon was my last choice & she made it easier to decide. She answered any questions I had, she showed me all my choices & actually took the time to go in detail of the different floor plans. The entire staff has been friendly. Kaylee was another helpful leasing agent. She’s very down to earth & any concern I had, she’ll write down. The only thing I don’t like is the parking, even when having a garage. Only been here for 1 month & I already had people parking in front of my garage. Another, is maintenance request, some things were suppose to be done/ fixed before move in and still no changes. Other than that, I love the community."

"Recently toured and Kaylee was absolutely amazing. Her presentation and energy was second to none. Really liked the apartments we were able to see and the gym was great too. Enjoyed my experience touring with Kaylee and the things she pointed out definitely has me thinking I’ve found the apartments I’m moving to next."
