"Worst apartments to stay in Irving, please don't ever make a mistake of renting an apartment here. You will surely regret your decision. Apartment are very old, Cockroaches, no maintenance, High water bills and hidden charges and nobody will ever respond to your requests."

"I have been staying here for more than 2 years. Sometimes, they have horrible maintenance. But in last 2 months, I have been getting $220+ for WATER BILL. When I complained, they are helpless. Your water bill is 10-15% of your rent. They don’t have individual water meters, but have at the building. I used to pay $70-100 but the new management came and hiked the water bill. The kitchen floor issue has not been fixed for 28 months. The tiles at the main entrance were broken before we moved in but were NEVER fixed. If you still move in here, be prepare to pay hefty hidden water bills which they don’t tell you when signing the lease. Good luck! Update: we had informed when we moved in. 2 adults and 2 kids. You admitted your old staff did not add them. So don’t try to pin the blame on us. Also, kitchen floor issue and broken tiles at main entrance issue are open since we moved in 29 months back. What is your excuse of not fixing them? All 5 star ratings are either naive or pure lies."

"Nightmarish Apartment Experience: A Haven for Roaches and Safety Hazards I regretfully find myself compelled to share my appalling experience at the this complex. Living here has been an absolute nightmare, with an overwhelming presence of roaches and numerous safety hazards that pose a significant risk to tenants. It is my duty to warn prospective residents about the unsanitary conditions and potential dangers within this decrepit dwelling. First and foremost, the infestation of roaches is beyond belief. These repulsive creatures seem to outnumber the human residents, invading every corner of my living space. No matter how diligently I clean and maintain a hygienic environment, these persistent pests continue to plague the apartment. They infest the cupboards, scuttle across the floors, and even crawl into bed with you, making for an utterly unsettling living situation. In addition to the infestation, the overall state of the apartment is deplorable. The age of the building is clearly evident, as it is falling apart at its very seams. The most glaring example of this was when the entire kitchen ceiling abruptly collapsed (management is aware of this and has acknowledged that this has happened before in multiple units and still no action has been taken to ensure saftey of other units within the apartment. This incident not only shocked and terrified me, but it also posed a severe safety hazard. The fact that such a fundamental component of the apartment could come crashing down without warning is absolutely unacceptable and highlights the neglect this place has endured. Moreover, the presence of multiple safety hazards throughout the apartment compounds the already dire situation. Communication with the management has been a futile exercise, as they have consistently demonstrated apathy towards addressing the concerns of residents. Requests for pest control services or repairs have been met with half-hearted attempts that provide only temporary relief. It is abundantly clear that the management prioritizes profit over the well-being of its residents, leaving us to suffer in squalor and peril. I implore anyone considering renting an apartment at this complex to proceed with extreme caution. The living conditions here are deplorable, with a rampant roach infestation and an alarming lack of attention to safety concerns. The disregard for tenant welfare and the dilapidated state of the premises make this complex unfit for human habitation. Save yourself the torment and find an alternative living arrangement that values your safety and well-being. I sincerely hope that the management takes this review as an opportunity to rectify the issues plaguing the apartment and truly address the needs and concerns of its residents."

"The leasing office is great!!! But maintenance has the worst customer service ever!! I put in a work order because the ceiling fell through and the AC is leaking badly to the point I’m having to empty a bucket every 2 hours. No cares given. No urgency. The AC no longer is working. And now because of it, i have an infestation of gnats that is overkill. I called the 24 hour maintenance service line and guess what?!? No one called or came over to fix this issue. This is an ongoing issue with the AC. I’m not about to fork over money for an outside maintenance person to fix an issue that should have fixed since I moved in 2 years ago!!!!! It’s not worth the hassle or fight anymore!! From my neighbor’s TV/music being too loud and nothing being done about it as I’ve notified the office, I have settled to live with the drip and soundtrack until I find another apartment that’s more affordable to move in to because $1300 for this old broken down hovel is not worth the fight with incompetent maintenance workers."

"I moved in to this new community on 4th Dec 21. Starting off from leasing office , I had very bad experiences. 1. They don't have 2 apartment keys , saying the lock is missing or they have to redo lock They promised to give the adfitional key next week , but till now I have not received it. Leasing agents never accompany us to the apartment. We ourself have to open the apartment see for the issues and later report. As i went in to view, the first thing i saw was seiling of the apartmen was having a big hole, doors were not fixed, washer dryer door broken. There were many issues which might not be described in one go. I went back to leasing office and reported that there are many issues and its not in the right stage for living. The lady said she would sent a guy. After one hour one guy came , he was doing few fixes. The way he fixes things is it would last only for a day. Next day it would come off. He was not polite and was not at all interested in fixing things. He did few quick fixes and went. From two days nobody turned up. Again I went back to the leasing office to report issues and asked them to fix it. Asked the leasing lady to sent a new guy . She promised to sent a new guy. But next day same guy came, he started his quick fixes. Again he did some partial fix and went off. I saw the portal showing my all requests are marked as completed. Again went back to the leasing agent and ask her to fix issues. Questined her why requests was closed without fixing the same? . She noted down my concerns. Next day again I could see my raised requests are getting closed even withou any fixes done. My current situation is none of requests are closed. Leasing agents are not at all interested to fix anything and they keep on saying lot of lies. Still I am waiting for my fixes to happen. Living with a brocken door and no light Photos for thw world to see"
