"Even though the floorplan I wanted wasn't available for lease I have to say that the customer service was great. The manager Yesenia was very professional, polite, knowledgeable. She had the answers to my questions on the spot which stood out from other locations I had visited. Was honestly expecting a different experience after reading the reviews before visiting. Saw others working and the cleaning the property during my tour and the apartments I saw looked to be in good shape."

"Attempting to lease an apt here has been an absolute waste of my time. I booked and confirmed an apt tour for Nov 26th and received two text messages reminding me of the appointment. I arrived 5 mins early and the leasing office is closed, locked, and lights out. A notice on the door said to text a number to get a hold of someone. I did and got no response. If this is any indication of the reliability and record keeping of the leasing office staff then I'll consider this missed appointment a blessing in disguise."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The new people who have bought these apartments are money hungry scammers! They grossly raised the rent just so they could kick out the low income families living here. Its all part of Irving's gentrification process! Kicking out the low income people of color just so white people can live here "comfortably". Its awful what they're doing. They think slapping on a new coat a paint would fix all the problems wrong with these apartments, when in reality these apartments are falling apart; potholes everywhere, foundation is crumbling, roaches and bugs everywhere, trash scattered on the ground at all times, laundromat is so dirty the list goes on! To add onto this, they are terrible at picking up the phone and responding to texts. For the sake of your time please do not rent here. Don't give these greedy people your money."

"I've lived here 3 years. Place was recently bought up by some shell company, probably from California, New York, or China. The place is not that nice - lots of random plumbing, HVAC, and insect issues. This past week they left me a notice that my rent is increasing more than 30% when I renew my lease in a few months. Honestly don't recommend this place to anyone. It used to be a cost efficient place to live but now it seems that they're trying to kick out the low income families and they're adding a new coat of paint to the building exterior with new 'modern' color schemes. They're think what they're doing isn't obvious but it is. They're trying to kick out the low income families and get high paid young people to move into these old buildings. Don't recommend this place to anyone."
