"This place is great! Been here over two years and that’s to say the least! Management is friendly! Neighbors are great! Very close to all stores, food, schools and parks. Maintenance team is quick to respond and very communicative when repairs are needed. I would strongly recommend for all those hesitating! There’s quite a bit of negative reviews and I’d say’s more than half are bogus! This place is great."
"This apartment lacks proper security measures, with frequent reports of robberies shared online, yet no actions are taken. The gates remain open at all times, reflecting a prioritization of profits over resident safety. Caution: Consider your own risk before choosing to reside in these apartments."
"FRAUD. That's the one word I would like to describe the management. I went to sign the lease. I paid the application fee and was approved by their system. At the very end the manager will ask you to share your online bank credentials to a third party to verify your income. They already had my salary slips for 3months. If you deny you will lose your application fee and your application will be rejected. Please be aware that if any scammers expose your credentials and drain your bank account , you are NOT covered by FDIC. I didn't take the bait. Hope who ever is reading it should do the same."
"My sister-in-law lives here. Great facility. Also, cannot say enough nice things about the apartment manager, Drew. He and his staff have been so helpful, especially after my brother-in-law‘s passing."
"Horrible apartment. When we move the there were lot of bed bugs in ceiling. Because of this we need to throw our bed and sofa. The apartment was not clean when we move. The property manager said the old apartment will be like this. For bed bugs treatment we stayed in the hotel , the property manager didn't arrange anything. He told us we need to plan by our-shelf. The carpet was installed grade-1 carpet ( quality is very bad ) which can't be same when you move out after 3 years. In Spit of all this they put the heavy fine when you move out. I would not recommend anyone to lease this apartment"
