"Move out is not that easy. Even after 3 months of move out, I am yet to receive my deposit amount that I have paid earlier. No email response or rarely picks up the call and even if they picks up , will get the same kind of response that they will look into it and get back. But they never do. I will give 0 star for their professionalism. Rent is too high compared to other nearby communities that have a better maintenance."

"BEWARE: DO NOT SIGN AN AGREEMENT TO RENT AT THIS PROPERTY. they have a nasty, scammy practice of charging you for random "optional" services such as a "credit builder" and THEIR "renter's insurance. Both of these have occurred on my billing statement. They WILL NOT reimburse you, but rather find a loophole to keep the charges. A reputable property will review your renter's insurance policy and reject it, prior to signing the lease, if the wrong address is listed on it. But not the Anthem, they will charge you monthly until YOU realize it and refuse to reimburse you! Horrible experience! I will NOT be renewing my lease. OH BY THE WAY THEY HAVE RATS THAT ARE VICOUS AND EAT THROUGH YOUR FREAKING WALLS TO INFILTRATE YOUR APARTMENT. THERE ARE SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY THAT I DON'T HAVE THE ENERGY TO LIST THEM ALL. JUST BEWARE AND DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! They will also ASK you to write a positive review in order to flood out all of the negative ones!"

"Scheduled a tour for today at 2pm. Drove 30mins from Grand Prairie & Upon arriving, I notice the apartment outside was a lot older than what was portrayed on the pictures.it wasn’t a big deal I was more worried about the inside. I arrived and stood there for about what took a minute for anyone to even acknowledge me. @2:05pm Then I tell her I have a 2pm appointment to tour the apartment for potential move in. She tells me that the person that does tours is on lunch and that I should come back in 20minutes. Why would you schedule me for a time that you won’t be available.??? That was a red flag so I left and never came back. I found a nicer more modern apartment right after so Its a bitter sweet experience because I wasted my gas to come to this place for no reason."

"New management is great! Special thanks to shampagne and annah for helping me with a smooth move out process. Maintenance team is very friendly as well. Overall a good experience and I liked my unit."

"If I could give this place a 0 alone based on the professionalism, I would. Shampagne, was very sweet, and answered all of my questions. However, the manager Anna was not soo friendly. I applied for an apartment on 12/18, and still as of today have not received an official yes or no after being told previously I was pre approved. I was told today that I would have an official answer, however no one has said anything. The apartment that I was looking to rent was placed back on the website without telling me, and I paid $275 to apply! They barely answer the phone, and when I did get an answer Anna was very rude. It’s heart breaking because I was really interested in renting from Anthem, however I feel as though I’ve been discriminated against. I’ve reached out to corporate as well, with no response. It’s the holidays, and I Anthem has left me feeling defeated."
