"I have had a rough overall experience. To be honest, the place is not bad, a little buggy, but what ruins it is the management. I won't get into all details, but I will say there is one person who was always professional that really helped this experience. Zen apartments is a 3 star place, but Noren Rubi is an absolute professional, and if the rating was about him he is absolutely a 5 out of 5. If you move to Zen, be sure to let Noren guide you. Happy hunting!"
"The Manager Noren Rubi is pretty friendly and responsive all the time. Within the first site/tour he gave enough information that one need to lease and we are happy to be part of the community."
"Noren helped me renew my lease and work orders have been done on time since he started here. Great improvements to the property since he's been here."
"Worst apartment ever. There are lot of cockroaches in every corner of the house. They just charge in the name of pest control, but never does. Never respond to the phone calls. Inspite of several complaints in regards with the problems in the house non of them came till now. Fridge door, induction coil, electric socket all are damaged since 4 months, but still not repaired."
"We had a water leak problem because of the unit beside us and we have been filing complaints and reaching leasing office like many times but the problem isnt resolved and its been like a month!! Then one day I met the property manager and I explained the situation. He immediately took action by calling plumber and people. After I talked to him, he resolved the issue in 2 DAYS!! We felt so relived. Even today, I went to give notice abt the lease cause we moving to different city, he was so nice and said he would see what he can do so no extra charges will be imposed. If u have any issue, meet the property manager, he is the only one who actually listens and takes action."
