"These people are very noisy, I don't think anyone has a job bc they are up all times of night screaming laughing partying etc. Trying to live below my means to get a house but this is not working, people stay outside all on the stairs, I work from home there is music blasting ,asking to turn it down does no good 15 min later back up. If I could give zero stars I would Update: still loud, fights in the middle of night can't walk up are down stairs due to people drinking and smoking on the steps. Trash everywhere. Read this and know what you are getting into. I have now been with out AC for five days, Do you think management care?Ac unit was suppose to be ordered so I'm going to be in the heat a few more days. The management has changed 8 times within a year. Dark no lighting in the community Roaches had to fog continuously don't move here"
"Quiet little cozy place. Watched a friend’s apartment while he was out of town. It’s not in a great part of town, was kinda worried but after the first night, I had a totally different opinion. His neighbors were so nice and assisted me with any and everything I needed, I felt like I was at home. The inside is real cute and outside is totally manicured very nice!"

"We just went to visit someone there The places are a little trashy definitely looks like a slumlord village! They really need to update and clean up their fencing, make sure the doors to the buildings apartments or condos have good secure locks and their flooring is atrocious"
"There's great improvements with the new management, but please if you order stuff from Amazon, do not let it be delivered here. Use the Amazon lockers. It's the second time my package got stolen. Repeat use the Amazon lockers! Update: keep getting delays to transfer to another vendor. First delay they said it would be ready by March 11, but end up not being finished. Last week they called to confirm a walk in and move in date, but we couldn't do those dates so we scheduled today. The apartment still not finished. Very disappointed."
