"I been staying at cedar bend for several years now and I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. I absolutely love the ladies in the office they are the best and always try to accommodate you. Also, if you put in a work order the maintenance guys fix it immediately. I definitely recommend Cedar Bend."
"THE BEST!!! I’m originally from Dallas which has become very expensive so I wanted something affordable but still decent. Cedar Bend was the best price, the nicest employees and the complex is very clean and organized. I’ve been here since August and I have zero complaints. The apartment is very spacious, I love that it comes with washer and dryer and the only two times I’ve had to have maintenance come by, they were very quick to fix my issue and the worker was very nice and professional. I recommend this complex to anyone who has kids and pets. It’s only a 20 minute drive to Dallas which I love. Everything is close by including major freeways. The area is very peaceful, I also love that there’s a pool! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! ⭐️"
"Rosa was my guardian angel, I was in a time crunch to secure residence in under a week. She was very reassuring that I would be ok, and she kept her word. I also think it's a nice touch of the residents appreciation activities they have for those that live here. The maintenance crew are always courteous and helpful, and respond quickly."
"I really like living in this apartment complex, outside is pretty clean and quiet, I enjoy our apartment's view. Price is pretty convenient, located in a excellent area. Staff is great, they help us in everything we need. Moreover, maintenance provides a quick service. Thank you Cedar Bend apartments!"
