"Worst apartments to live in ! do not move in! they don’t even clean up or fix the apartments when you move in there left in bad conditioning it takes them months for them to fix stuff and even then they still don’t fix it all and the streets in front of the apartments are super dangerous, and there’s always cops everywhere around here every 2 nights"
"Had a few issues but they were resolved very quickly, the manager Vanessa is very polite and understanding. Maintenance comes quickly when there is an issue. Only issue is that there are limited parking spots but that's a minor issue. I would definitely recommend people here!"
"Nothing gets done here unless you hound the manager. She's never there either. She is only here 3 days a week but she never is here on 2 of those days. When we moved in i told her that my payments would be half on the first and half on the 15th. I didn't get any late fees until i complained about the lack of attention to the property. Roaches, nice, broken appliances, even something as small as blinds dont get fixed for months. Awful place to "live""
