"This place is the worst place to live 1.they have a huge roach problem doesn't matter what you do put venom,poison and traps nothing work 2. The manager double park anywhere she wants and doesn't care about anyone 3.the manager also adds the cost for living here she is greedy 4.good luck trying to find another place to live"

"This place has the worst owner and property manager. I don't live there but I know someone who does. They discriminate against everyone that is not their race. For the past year and a half this person has had no hot water for weeks at a time. They call and the manager sends maintenance to turn hot water on so they can shower and then turn it right back off within an hour. The city made them replace the boiler, they had hot water all summer long until winter got her and now they will go 7-8 days in a row without hot water. Can't wash dishes except in cold water and that's not healthy nor sanitary. I'm sure this is the owners doing to save money but the City will get them again."

"This apartment complex is the worst apartment to ever live in. Starting from the owner who is a racist person who’s name is David he talks about all the wetbacks like he call them and the African Americans he calls them the “N” word witch I think it’s just so rude and unprofessional. Then the manager that her name is Angie she is sleeping with the owner just to keep her job but not only him she also sleeps with some of her employees who she has picking up trash and do the matniance. Second why would the so called manager go up to a child and ask her when are you moving out. First that’s a child she don’t pay the bills her parents do. Second matniance never shows up to work in your apartment fix anything that needs to be fix, they just ignore and he rather go to a woman’s apartment when their husbands are at work and talk and flirt. This apartment are inferstect with insecticide water bugs, roaches, bedbugs, and they are inside the walls as much as you try to boom the apartment with pesticides they will never die. The air conditioner leak water on the tile, the restroom as well leak water their is mold inside the apartment but they were aware of the issues and they never fixed them. I believe the better business beruea will be in for of this main problems this apartment have. Also people doing drugs are seeing smoking by your window or by your door steps not their door steps but other attendees apartment. They have been aware also and they claimed they were going to stop it, but nothing has been done. So before you even decide to lease from this apartment think twice before you do. If you do decide make them tear down the wall so you can see yourself that those pesticides are inside the wall and that’s in all the buildings."

"DISGUSTING! DO NOT LIVE HERE! The owner does not care about the people living there. There are BEDBUGS. The infestation is known and the owner and whatever inept "manager" working there do NOTHING about it. The owner picked up the last girl at a coffee shop. The Managers are idiots that have no power other than collecting rent and evicting people. And yes, If you complain you will be evicted. This place should be condemned. The worst place to live in North Texas."
