I could only assume that the immediate personalized attention I received from the office staff was a reflection of management. Which I did eventually sit down and talk to. Lakeisha, the office manager was very professional and courteous. She offered an array of information tailored to my specific needs. Overall I really like the property and after speaking with the manager I have decided to make Devon at Northgate my new home!!"

"I felt great from the beginning when I made enquiry on the lease of my apartment. My first contact Mariah was so so helpful with the right attitude, smile and very attentive. She helped me all through the process till I got my apartment and with such character from a staff I would readily advertise the apartment to any one."

"My lease is up in February. I turned in my notice to the office. I then started thinking there is nothing wrong with my apartment I just needed a one bed room instead of a two. Maria and Sterling took VERY GOOD caring me. Now I’m transferring to a one bedroom here. It’s so quiet and peaceful here. I love it!!!"

"Do not consider this place to live. They began towing anyones car who isn’t registered and it’s a nightmare! Devon has gone downhill and this new management thinks they are trying to make things better for the residents, they’re only gonna make people leave and not renew. We moved here a year ago when they had an 3.9 star rating now they’re averaging an 3.1. After living here for a year, I finally get promoted at work which resulted me to get a company car. They do not accept company cars to park in the complex even if you are a resident. Not only was I forced to remove the carport that I was paying monthly for but now I have to register my car as a visitor vehicle everyday I come home and after 7 consecutive days I have to park my vehicle outside the complex for 3 consecutive days so my time can reset for another 7. Management respond to me with, “we need to make sure residents have enough space to park. You are more than welcome to park in the spaces but you will get towed.” Incredible, I must not be a resident!! The first picture was taken at 1am one night after moving my vehicle outside of the complex so I won’t get towed. Recently, had my brother-in-law come over for dinner and when he leaves to go home around 12:30am his car was gone. I had to go with him to pick his car up at 12:45am and pay $320. These towing trucks were just hauling cars every 10 minutes while we were waiting for someone to help us. We left the tow at 2am and I counted 10 cars, you didn’t the math. Someone needs to remove this towing agreement. It’s only getting your paying residents upset and not want to stay another year."
