Foxborough Apartments

"First apt when I lived in when I moved to Texas in Oct of 2019. Easy process of application and move in. The maintenance response rate is superb. The actual work they can do for you is limited. Office staff is friendly. Office staff communication for water shut offs (which happened frequently), notices for payment owed/due, and move out details even after being a compliant resident for 2.5 years, sucks! I complained of broken AC for months. They claimed the property management company denied any replacements. It reached 95degrees in my apt while thermostat was set at 75. I had a number of infestation issues as well. The doorways were covered with sprocket webs and insect nests. They sent me redundant emails about a move out checklist but no one was required to be present and no one followed up after I moved out. No one even responded to my email in response. A month later I received a call from a debt collector which I thought was a scam. I called the office and they confirmed they sent me something via email but the amount I owed was less than the debt collector claimed it to be. No email still to this day in spam or inbox."

"I was looking for an apartment for a relative that is moving in from out of state, and Monica greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. I FaceTimed my relative so that she could virtually do the tour with me. Monica was super detailed and thorough with all the info we needed. She even helped us picture where furniture could go to make things work with the challenges we was worried about. The property also looked well maintained. "I have not had to apply for apartments in a long time so you can imagine my shock when I saw this new process! It's almost like applying for a home loan! I stopped by this apartment community and had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Monica! She was like a breath of fresh air! I literally felt as if I were visiting family. She was so nice and very knowledgeable of this property. Often times you see reviews where the apartment staff are rude and none caring but, I did not get that from Ms. Monica. I loved the tour and am very hopeful of being able to call Foxborough my new home! Thank you again Ms. Monica!"

"I have lived at Foxborough for some years and they have always treated me with respect. It is a nice property that is well maintained. Any issues and concerns that I have are always addressed in a timely manner. The staff and managers are very friendly and professional. I also love that they have special events organized for their residents. I enjoy the amenities such as a nice pool area with a gazebo and fitness center. Foxborough is a nice safe community to live in and I recommend. The pictures are of a recent special event for the residents. It was awesome!!"
