"The only thing good about this place is the location. They are over priced garbage. If I could give negative stars I would. Was evicted because I couldn't pay rent. This was however not my fault as I would have had it. Due to their towing service M&M Towing my roommate had to spend rent to get it out. Everything was up to date with the vehicle so there was no need to tow it."
"We have lived in this property for over 7 years! I am beyond disappointed as to how slow the repair services are. We have been begging for long time just to get very minor things fixed. We received the apartment unrennovated when we moved in and the the management has yet to assit us in fixing the apartment. Our carpets in bedrooms have not been replaced since we moved in, and who knows how long those have been there. I am unable to find parking past 10 pm anywhere near my residence. I have asked countless times for s second PAID parking but they say they are unable to give me one. There is also a massive pest problem which is hardly ever addressed by them, they send a pest control person every now and then, but it is to no avail. Overall this is a very abd property and has bad management, I would not recommend moving here."
"have lived in the complex for four years and I have always paid my rent on time if not early. Last month I was told I have never paid my rent for the month when I showed my receipt for my money order they told me it was stolen or misplaced. I had to paid more money to cancel the money order and they just put a notice on my door to vacate my home. I have never had a issue till now about placing my money order in the Dropbox till now and management does not care."
"They tow their own residents vehicles. I wish I could rate this apartment in negative. Worst place to live. Bad service, manager is like owner, she will move away if you need any kind of help, she will always try to give you hard time."
"I wish google had 0 star rating. Dumpster will always be full. Big pot holes Right in front of leasing office. Even my friends don't want to come, cause visitor parking is always full and they toe asap if they see car on regular parking. :( worst apartment."
