"The office staff are great! the ladies do their best to help out the residents. Only problem is is maintenance, they will complete a job that hasn't been touch. My tub needs to be resurfaced for the past year and its still isn't done, the ladies told me its up to corporate, which is sad, because no one reach out to me or anything besides the assistant manager. My rent changes every month, I'm paying $15 a month for pest control who only comes out when requested i feel like if that's the case I should be charged only when they come to the apartment, and when I do request pest control to come they never show up. I been having a pest control company come to my apartment for the past year. Again the office manager and other ladies are amazing they do their very best to help in any way they can."

"This community is garbage! The staff is unprofessional and rude and does not care about the tenants. They never answer the office phone and when you get to the office they have attitudes and make you feel uncomfortable and unpleasant. The apartments are dirty, they don't pick up the rubbish outside! When I moved in in February 2023, I was told that I would have access to the gym and pool. The gym hasn't been open since I moved in, the pool was always closed and dirty! They always charge you random and unexpected fees that were not discussed when you signed the lease! They charge you for valet trash so someone will NOT come pick up your trash! I literally HATE living here. I have to cancel my lease in order to move out, there are roaches in my apartment, I'm pregnant. I can not continue like this. I do not recommend these apartments."
