"Let's start with I move there in March 2008. I moved out in 2022. None of the management refuses to answer the phones, maintenance subpar worse than a all bills place. The last few years I felt like I lived in a prison. You will NOT get your deposit back, in renting since 1981 I have NEVER not gotten my deposit back . At one time went almost 2 weeks during the cold spell of 2022 the warmest water temperature I could get was 83°. I wore their phones and messages out NO answer NO call back. Finally I bought a friend's phone just after I left a message they answered on the second ring I suppose they were hoping for a new victim not a resident. Check my other reviews about this dump this would not let me post the full review. Check my other Google reviews you will find several on other businesses both good and bad I don't just post just bed ones. I would have left in 2020 but I was going through tuff treatments and then recovery. I'm anxiously awaiting to see what Warden Marguerite Reese will reply with. "I give the staff at Covington Creek Apts. A two thumbs up. The office staff are polite and courteous, very good Customer service and always trying to help out and expedite maintenance request pretty fast. Maintenance is good, especially Antonio. He did 4 work orders in 1 day in about 30mins. That is why I give 5 stars, if there were 6 stars I give that too. I been here 6yrs and happy!"

"Don't move here! Management is not the best at all. I have called cops many times for kids trying to break in cars and its a group of 7 to 8 teenagers. I have to walk through at least 2 or 3 inches of water when it rains to get to my car. It takes them forever to get a work order completed. Lived here way to long already so think it's about time to get out of here as soon as my lease is done. Rent is too high for what you actually get. Not to forget the foundation also bad. And then the compaints go untaken care of as far as I am concerned. The noise from upstairs is completely excessive and now done for spite because I asked nicely many times and he is the one who said take it up with the office! So now I will ride out my lease and absolutely move to a place where it's nice and a better neighborhood! Something with hardwood floors because I have total linoleum in my entire apartment except for a bedroom. Which I was not told about before I moved in because the models here have carpet with exception to your kitchen and your bathroom and maybe possibly or dining area."
