"Lived at Rolling Hills Apartments for 23 years and loved calling it my home since day one. A lot of things changed thru the years to improve the inside of the apts to the exterior of the buildings making the property look better every time. I personally LOVED my apt and was sad to leave but thank God it was for a better opportunity. The environment was good, you feel safe walking outside with your family/pets. Saw a lot of kids including mine grow up here, they enjoyed playing outside, in the soccer field or the pool. Neighbors were good, meet a lot of good people, if someone new was not following rules, office staff will make sure to tell them right away. In general management and maintenance are always making sure things are in order."
"I've made Rolling Hills my home, and I could not be happier. Susie and Jenny in the office are always attentive and helpful. The maintenance staff is outstanding and always available when needed. I'm on my 4th lease already, and I can't imagine living anywhere else!"
"The community here is very peaceful and family oriented. the leasing office has done very well at communicating and working with me as a resident during good and bad times. My daughter enjoys the pool, park and convenience of things to do surrounding. even though it’s an older building the apartments are kept in good shape. I would only change the cost to live here for single income households."
