"Hi, My husband and i lived here for two years and at first its nice, but it slowly just gets worse and worse. SUPER outdated. We recently moved and i just want to say that there are plenty of other apartments that are nicer for the same price. Dog poop EVERYWHERE!! do not let the reviews lie to you! Maintenance men never came to fix any of our requests when we would set appointments they would always try to come into our home when we weren't there and say we needed to lock our dogs up in order to get service even though we had them locked up on the days the men were supposed to actually come. The roaches got worse and worse. no matter how much i cleaned or used poison it never went away. the pool was closed for over half the summer due to "needing approval from the city". Cops were always in and out of the apartments and I even got questioned by "security" about a man that was bothering a women there. My husbands Catalytic converter got stolen twice and of course there no cameras to try to find the person. My husbands Mustang got hit while parked and again no cameras to find who did it. People parked AWFULLY in the spaces. Last but not least the front office was never quick to respond. We tried moving into their two bedroom and it cost more for 2 bed 1 bath than my current 2 bed 2 bath that is 100 sq. ft. bigger and in a nicer area. I always felt uncomfortable walking around at night. I got accosted by a man on my stairs. The manager tried to charge us 1000 dollars to put a cat that i was babysitting for a couple months while my mom was out of state for work. he did not work with us 1 bit with negotiating a price. He was going to make us pay 500 dollars for the currently lease we had which there was only a few weeks left and then another 500 for the next lease even though my mom was going to take the cat back soon after. ANYWAYS stay far away.... wayyy better bang for your buck in Euless or on the other side of 360."

"I like staying here it’s close to a lot of public transportation options. When I put in a work order I already know to expect for maintenance to come at a time that’s inconvenient. I just wish that when we give a time frame for them to come they should honor it. I work from home and I can’t have all that noise going on while I’m working. And my up stairs neighbor in apartment eighteen ten doesn’t take out her dog she just lets it run around all day in the apartment. I just want peace sometimes especially after a long day of working and this goes on at 1:00 am with her dog just running around and it’s so loud I have advised office staff they did stated they called and told the tenant and all she said was oh. Be prepared to feel like you about to fall through the floor."

"I have never experienced such a place where work orders get done promptly. I am very pleased with the leasing agent Sam. I must say she is the best leasing agent I have experienced in life. Just for the little time she has been here she is very knowledgeable about the property. She makes sure work orders get done in a timely manner. If there is a such thing as a leasing agent reward she deserves for best in Fort Worth. I can see her being a manager soon."

"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE! LOVE IT SO FAR. Mostly Working Class Live Here! I Can tell Everyone Works Hard to Be Here and pay their rent. Also, lots of Pot Heads XD. You can smell it as soon as you pull in the parking lot lol. Doesnt bother me at all. This is not the OMG.... WOOOOOW PLACE, but neither the Worst. Yes its close to the train station and theres sometimes homeless people around. But so far, I have no complains. Maintenance have taken care of every single request Ive done, and the team is very kind. I dont have any complains bout the office, they have done their job so far. Theres room for improvement in a few areas TBH. Like maybe adding a door with codes to the gym and laundry. And some neighbors should consider smoking their weed at home. The dog poop problem has improved and the roach problem definitely its something you gotta be on top of it by keeping your apartment clean and using venom and spray. Very Calm at night. Pools are cool in the summer. In the afternoon you can hear the airplanes and its close to a Highways. If you are sensitive to noises, this might not be the place for you. When you open the windows, its smells like machinery. Call me crazy but I actually like the smell of this place. Its a mix of nature and Carbon monoxide lmao but it hits nice in the morning. "Been here for years and this by far has been my worst few years here ! Homeless people digging in trash.Trash and furniture all around the dumpsters! Dog poop everywhere, maintenance half do their job, I have had issues with roaches but was able to get rid of them , front office has bad customer service /rude and a very high turn over!! These apartments are very outdated and rent go up every year! The floors are squeaky in certain spots .The gym / equipment dirty ,some adjustments was made once the new people took over but seems like they half clean that area.Laundry room hot and dirty..Great location for the price but the apartments are becoming very ghetto ! Can’t wait til my lease is up ! It maybe a good starting point but please be aware of what you are walking into."
