"Living at the apartment was nothing short of amazing. Emili and the staff members were outstanding. Even though they’re were some issues on my end they were very prompt in solving and explaining things to me in detail. And even when things got a little dicey, they were there to ensure that I was able to recover. If you have any place, you’d like to consider living, I would highly recommend TRINITY apartments. Walmart is about 7 minutes away. The Mosque is also about 7 minutes away. And there’s a park right across the street."

"Great place to live affordable. The property is being renovated. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Hector and Javier from the maintenance staff are great always helpful with any issues or any work orders around the property"

"I visited the apartments, went on a tour, found a unit, filled out the application and paid the security deposit all to find out the the selected unit won't be ready for a week after the available date that I was told (and that was posted when I applied online). There were signs at the complex that say the apartments are under new management, but new doesn't always mean better apparently. If I had known they were overcompensating in friendliness for their lack of knowledge of their own renting process and system I would have never visited. Poor management aside, the actual apartments weren't that bad."

"Great location. Office needs to be better at submitting maintenance orders. If you are looking for a quiet area maybe look somewhere else because there are kids playing outside making noise daily. Units are very nice and spacious. Plenty on parking, both residential and visitor. Very affordable for what is offered."

"These apartments are TERRIBLE. Do not move in here. We moved into our unit (unfinished by the way) last summer. There was some confusion with the staff about our moving date. We were told we could move in one day and the staff somehow just forgot to let anyone else know, so we moved into and unfinished, roach infested, dirty apartment, days AFTER our original agreed upon move in date. We were basically homeless for a couple days due to the staff. So we move in and the apartment is a disaster. We had to take it upon ourselves to get rid of the roach problem and clean the apartment in DEPTH before we ever moved in. We filled out our “move in” paperwork to let maintenance know what still needs to be fixed and no one ever came to fix anything TO THIS DAY. And I’m talking about major issues, light fixtures missing, a hole on our door, the dishwasher is DISGUSTING. Now we have new owners who have proven to be equally as incompetent. Since they’ve taken over I have made 4 separate maintenance calls, none of them answered. We have received random bills without real invoices that we were required to pay. I have ONE TOILET in my unit that hasn’t worked in two days now. Yes, I called the office. Yes, I entered a maintenance request online, neither has been answered. Not to mention how terrible the rest of the complex is. Our car has been hit by neighboring cars. The neighbors are loud, it stinks like weed daily, and there’s trash everywhere. Do not move into Trinity Apartments. And I currently live here in case the staff wants to fix something for a change."
