"Since I moved in about 3 months ago. The dishwasher was broken/ mold. They said they will change it I’m still waiting. They don’t pick up my call. It takes them forever to come fix things. They promise to come but they don’t show up. Last week my kitchen flooded and I was sweeping the water for 3hrs before someone showed up to turn off the water for entire block because there was a broken pipe in the wall. We were without water for 2 days waiting for plumber to come fix the pipe and turn the water on. They broke the wall in the kitchen and left. They said they will come next day to fix it but it has 5 days now no one showed up yet. They are not picking up my calls. Our kitchen has no water. IF I KNEW I WILL NEVER HAVE MOVED HERE!!!"

"This tenant Reginald Dillard. I have been treated like trash since I moved in Nov 16th. Nothing has been fixed in my apt at all. Your team place me in this unit knowing it was falling to shambles. They made it look good and it has been horrible. My front door has cold air coming through it. I have not been able to place my butt on my toilet since I moved here because it was stained very badly. I was promised it would be changed the first week I moved in. Water has been leaking in my closet every time it rains. Carpet has soaked rained up and smells very badly. I believe mold has setup in the attic as well. My patio door as shown in the pic will not close. I don’t know why because it has been closing. As you can see in picture it looks like foundation is cracking and the door is striped! It’s 30 degrees right now and my door just blows open when it wants because again your team has neglected to come fix it. Yes I have done several maintenance reports! I have called 311 and code compliance. Nothing has been done. Kitchen sink has been leaking water for a month now and counting. My kitchen smells like wet wood and I have to use my own supplies to keep it clean. This is a disaster and I hate I ever moved here. I have not paid rent late one time! I still pay my rent on time. My light bill is going to be high as a rocket! I wake up to the heat going but can’t compete with air coming through patio door and front door."

"This apartment complex is in pretty bad shape. 1. The pictures on their website are photoshopped 2.They will also switch apartment units several times before they put you in one. 3.The office doesn’t address any issues before you move in or after. 4. They put you in an apartment that is not ready for move in. 5. The pool hasn’t been open in over 2 weeks 6. They will shut the water off without notice. 7. DO NOT move into this apartment complex. The reviews are real"

"This is by far the worst experience ever. I got to the apartment today 04-01-2022 with all of my essentials documents to move in today. My original apartment was suppose to be apartment 164 however they advised that 164 wasn’t ready. I would have to l move to 102. After signing and providing the documents needed. I go to apartment 102 (please see pictures below) I went right back to the leasing office and advise them I didn’t want to proceed with the lease the apartment was NOT move in ready. This is literally 10 mins later. The office assistant manager advised she couldn’t help me nor could she give me my money order back that I handed to her 10mins ago due to me signing the lease however in the state of Texas the law states different . I returned the keys in 10 mins. They refused to give me my money back. This is poor customer service. I will not recommend nor will I ever do business with them completely unprofessional."

"Don’t waste your time or money here. We moved in last month and we regret it. After a $1,400 deposit, we moved into a unit with water damage that was never repaired. Take a look at the pictures. That’s what you’ll get. They won’t fix anything either, even the kitchen sink that leaks or the front door frame that’s completely cracked like someone kicked it down. I literally had to put caulk on the crack on the kitchen counter myself to stop water from rotting the cabinets because after four visits, maintenance didn’t even try to fix it. On top of that, maintenance is very rude and they’ll act like you’re just bothering them every time. It’s not worth the stress to live here. As you can see, the reply says they’re working to address our move in conditions. They are not. They have not contacted me in any way about any of the issues I’ve experienced since before I posted my review two weeks ago. They do not care but they will pretend they do in order to lure in more residents. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! And btw, moving is easy. What’s not easy is dealing with slumlords."
