"I have lived in this complex for 3 1/2 years and the maintenance has always been on point but the office staff after Vanessa and Carla has been the worst by far recently I had a fire and they kicked me straight out in the cold but accommodated the other families as if my race was a factor and I never miss a rent and then not offer me another place for my family and not care blows my mind the office lady is so rude and disrespectful and that it’s sickening…"
"The New property Manager is so super nice compare to all of the previous ones in the past,and I also want to give 2 thumbs up to the Maintenance man Hector, he is very prompt at getting to your unit to fix whatever issue your having and he gets it done right the first time,also he's a very nice gentleman very respectful."
"Maintenance always goes above and beyond. Definitely give him 10 stars! Also the manager is very attentive and overall helpful."
"I been here since 2020 and when I make a maintenance request they come within the time requested they are always polite and knock and announce themselves and always get the order completed during that time I appreciate the maintenance crew."
"If I can give no star I would. These apartments are ridiculous. They make up fees as you go. They started out good, then now they are not. They don’t repaired things when you do a work order. You have to called multiple times in order for someone to come out."
