"Outdated exterior and inside of unit. If this townhouse were updated, it would really be nicer! I don't live here. Only visited a few times. It is quiet! The quality of property in the areas of Arlington should equal the amount of rent paid. Quality does not meet the bar standards, but rent payments are excessive! Rent CONTROL is a MUST !!!"

"This apartment complex has been the worst in dealing with simple maintenance request! The attitudes given by not only the maintenance manager but also the leasing office have been extremely unprofessional and now have led to them harassing me and giving out lease violations on my door. A simple request for weather stripping to be replaced due to cold air and rain coming through my door still has not been fixed and when I asked for a replacement they have now told me that I have an attitude and have verbally abused them. The property management has been called and they are backing the leasing office. It has been hell to deal with and now the Texas Housing Authority has been contacted. This complex needs to learn to treat tenants!"

"This place has gave my sister and I the hardest time. They said I had an eviction on my credit which I absolutely don’t. I went to check all 3 credits and called, which the credit bureau confirmed there is no sign of an eviction. When I called the townhomes back, Breanna tried to argue with me about the eviction. Once I mentioned that I spoke with the credit people she said “let me talk to my manager when they come back from break and see what they would like to do moving forward.” That was a week ago and I have yet to hear anything. I also asked for a copy of the credit report she pulled and I still have YET to receive that, which is illegal. I will be proceeding with a call to better business bureau and following up with a fraud claim given that we have yet to receive our money back. Very disappointing given that we loved the home we saw."

"It’s very inconvenient place I don’t recommend this to anyone as soon as my lease expires I will move out. The service is horrible placing a work order over a week still didn’t show up. AC was broke and I called them, they come immediately, but they left us with a small cooler, and my kids suffer for 3 days and when I called the office to get update the manager told that for past 2 days guys were busy to clean the complex. I got so mad that AC is emergency and you guys hold my work order to fix the AC, because guys were busy and this was the manager. Still the AC is not working properly, im afraid to call and them to check, because they my put us on the hold again,So I stuck now."
