"Their maintenance is horrible the staff are awful they don't care about the residents at all but they are quick to evict you if it and asked u to renew ur lease ."

"I recently applied there about a week or so ago. I paid $450 just to apply. The lady in the office called me and said I had an eviction on my credit, which was able to be cleared up. She said she's giving me 24 hours to clear it up, I got up the next morning & went to the place where they said I had an eviction & told me they would clear it up. I gave her a business card with the lady's information on it. Waited a few days, I called the office, no one would answer so I decided to call the other apartments & asked if she had reached out to them- they said NO. That's kinda bogus and crazy to not even TRY & do your job when I paid $450 just to apply! Nobody has that type of money to spare in these days & times!!!! And I hope you see this review & know that you are deada$$ wrong!!!"

"I lived here and my experience was awesome. Staff are very helpful and understanding communicating is the key with them if you have any issues. I miss my home my apartment was so big and spacious this place will complete you. You never know how much you got until it’s gone."

"When I applied Pam told me that there is no washer and dryer connection in any of the units. And then I find out my neighbor had a washer and dryer connection! And then when it came down to renewing my lease they told me I couldn't renew my at all. Bianca said it doesn't say why I couldn't renew my lease. I lived there for 2 years never late to pay my rent and I stayed to myself. And for them to tell me I couldn't renew my lease. And when I did have a question or needed a maintenance done. Half the time they have their calls forward to their customer service people that can't help me at all with what I need. They always say I need to wait forbthe office to transfer their calls back to the office. And there have been a shooting there kid's causing trouble and throwing trash on the ground."

"I have been living here since February my lease is coming up for renewal I love it here I got married since I been here an , I do want to renew my lease an stay I just need a first floor with washer & Dryer due to my serious health problems Am Praying they work something out with me cause this is a nice place to live very quite I haven’t any problems an the office manager Pam an Blanca are the best ever I wouldn’t trade them for the world. My daughter lives out here as well an she love it. This is a great place to be great office management."
