"First and foremost, Shari is EXCELLENT! She’s communicative and made my transition to the new apartment seamless. She and the property manager ensured I was able to move in after a hiccup I encountered and I was so grateful for that. Especially since I was moving from Houston. The community is still VERY new and under construction and will be for a while so that’s something to consider via noise, dust, etc. I moved not having seen it in person so that’s my personal thoughts. The indoor amenities are breathtaking and very upscale. The area is perfect. The apartments are great and the leasing office staff is friendly."
"After touring here with my husband, I would definitely recommend this community. What a great location. They are still very much under construction, but I think the offerings at The Mark make up for it. Aurelia guided our tour and she was outstanding! The amenities are so impressive and offer true value to residents. We also liked the apartment interiors, although the bedrooms are a tad small. We are not moving in here due to availability of floorplans, but would recommend this community if you are looking for a new home."
