"I've been living here for 3 months now and I love it. The gym is one of the nicest I've seen in an apt building. The neighbors I've met are pretty friendly, it's pet friendly and my kids love it too. It's pretty quiet around here too. The deal breaker for me in apt hunting was having a washer/dryer in unit and being on the 1st floor and they delivered and the kitchen is huge and modern! No complaints at all really, neighbor above are loud walkers sometimes but that's just apt life. Getting stuff delivered like doordash is sometimes a pain but it's not unbearable. Take a tour! Also, Santanna was an amazing help in showing me around! She's super friendly and willing to help with any assistance I needed!"

"I’ve lived at Trinity Union since March of 2022 and it was the best choice I made when moving to Texas. The location of this place is perfect. You are in such a quiet area, close to beautiful homes, away from the highway, close to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and fast food. Second, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a “hello” whether you’re at the pool, or walking around the building. The gym is great and spacious and brand new for someone who doesn’t need complex machines. The pools are great and are well maintained. People who live here are also quiet and respectful of others. There’s never too much noise going on outside and they do a great job of maintaining the pools, gyms, lawn, everything. The units are large and are perfect for a couple or a single individual in the DFW area. Unfortunately I will have to move out this upcoming March since I’m moving in with my gf closer to our offices. If it was possible I’d stay here until it was time to buy a home. Trinity Union has been amazing and I have no complaints, I’m sad to leave but would recommend this place to anyone."

When I first moved in I was assisted by Desiree... she's so kind and sweet. Any questions I had then and now (3 yrs later) she's always been able to answer with no hesitation! The mail system, gym, pools, and my apt are all amazing!"
