"I’ve been here since November… And the old management tricked us and made our lease for 4months. Really why would I want a 4 month lease. Alittle of it may be our fault for not checking properly but nevertheless I don’t make leases the apartments do. Next it appeared clean when we moved in, but the minute we started to move our stuff in the actual tenants (ROACHES)that live here came out. Not just one or two, the whole family and more.. After letting the apartments know the only thing they can tell me is keep my apartment clean and they can send pest control over but only on fridays. But faithfully charge me every month ,Now they change it on Mondays.. And you need to let them know you want them to come so basically you need to put or have your name on a list. So I stopped paying rent. Got a eviction for not paying rent which is fine with me. You don’t want to help I don’t want to pay. Your not even trying to help me get the original owners “Roaches “out. I regret even stopping here to these messed up apartments. People just cuz they look good on the outside don’t mean they are.. I’m glad I’m leaving out of here. To the staff don’t even bother giving your feed back to my comments acting like you really care when the only thing your going to do is just move another tenant in here.. PLEASE DON’T MOVE IN THESE NASTY APARTMENTS THEY REALLY DONT CARE. They just want your money. Always check the reviews first roaches roaches roaches everywhere there so bad that put bait outside on the ground"

"I have been living here for about 2 years and since then the office has a high management turnover rate. The office staff communication is horrible . The maintenance men are amazing and get things fixed in a timely manner. To add to the people who have been saying the water have been getting shut off, Yes it is true and the hot water have been also having complications in the past , but the issue was addressed and fixed. Since I have been here I have encountered some issues but my main concern is the roaches, the loud neighbors and someone has recently been going into vehicles and stealing. The Property manager have been making updates but I do not think the apartments is worth the price and inconvenience."

"I’m very disappointed at the lack of urgency, I moved in a little under a week ago and there are already so many issues with the apartment. The number one problem is the amount of roaches I’ve encountered day and night is DISGUSTING, it has become a health issue for me and my asthma now. Everything looks fine on the surface but if you look closer you can see the cut corners. I don’t want to discourage anyone from living here but PLEASE check everything very closely."

"The staff went from horrible to meeting Melissa and I like her a lot!!! The young lady that was holding it down until new management came was professional and kind. I think we are on for a good start. The rent has went up but they have made some improvements. I think it’s time I move into a better unit. I don’t want carpet. Some units have wood floors but mine doesn’t. Still haven’t received a patio screen. There’s so many things I can complain about but at least they are getting things in order. Luis is another staff member that has always been professional.. well groomed and always speaks. Since I’ve been here he has always maintained the grounds and did his best to address issues. He’s one reason why I’m still here. He has always promoted change and pros n cons of other properties. I’ll give them one more year. One suggestion. Eliminate trash valet. It’s disgusting and I don’t want to pay someone to take out one bag a trash twice a week. Please take it off my lease"
