"Every time I go into the office for help! They are attentive! In my experience of apartment living, I never deal with the manager because they always seem occupied. At Woodland Hills on three separate occasions the other two girls in the office were busy and so I assumed I would be waiting until they were done because I’ve never had a manager come out and assist me. I always have to wait for another person in the office to become available. Well, the manager came out and offered assistance. She is new so what I needed help with wasn’t a quick easy solution but instead of passing me on or asking me to wait until someone else could help me, she took the time to try and figure it out. Welp she DID! That meant a lot to me! For obvious reasons! For me, that shows she genuinely cares! The other ladies in the office are always helpful but to see the manager step up was a new delight bc managers in apartment living in my personal experience always seem too busy to help. 5 stars!"

"I was hesitant to leave a review at first because everything seemed too good to be true, but after living here for about a month there is so many good things i have to say about the Woodland Hills but let me start off my saying how amazing the customer service is. Jacob made my move in experience so convenient and quick, he responded to all my emails and questions in a timely manner. I was able to move in within a month of my application. After living here for a few weeks i have absolutely no complaints. I recently put in a maintenance request and it was fixed within a few days. If your looking for a new home i would say to seriously consider moving here."

"When I found Woodland, it was through an apartment locator that referenced Jacob. Jacob was super helpful in answering all my questions and letting me know what the process was in applying for an apartment. When I got approved, he would email me to congratulate me, check on me if I got all the things needed like electricity which he would give me recommendations as well! When I told him that I had no hot water in my shower, he sent someone to check it for me. I told him that I had cold water for two more days. He was off for one day and when he came back the following day, he got someone to go fix my shower and now I have hot water! Jacob is the man that makes Woodland Hills feel like a home! This is my first week living here and I am grateful for Jacob helping me find an apartment suitable for me!!!! Thank you again, Jacob!!!!!"

"Customer service is just awesome at Office. I have been to different apartments looking for rooms. As soon as i reach here at woodland, I met Jacob. He is so helpful. He literally guide me through every process and solutions that were required. Just love it. 5 star is definitely for him and his service."
