"I have been living here for almost 3 years and maketa has been absolutely amazing ! She is an incredible women who cares for the people in the apartments. She has done nothing but stayed by our side and made sure we were very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an apartment. She’s very busy but she always makes time for her people! If I could I’d give her more than 5 stars. :)"

"Cons: 1. The second-floor units become excessively hot in summer, reaching temperatures of up to 83 degrees WITH the AC running 18 hours/day. During winter, it gets very cold. Our January electricity bill came out to be 400 dollars. (Edit: The new ac was installed at the end of the summer when Makeda came as a manager, for which we were grateful. Unfortunately, it didn't help.) 2. There is a lack of regular cleaning of dog feces. Residents have been instructed to photograph offenders, but installing cameras may offer a more effective solution. 3. I've had to suddenly vacate due to strong chemical fumes, presumably from new move-in preparation from a neighboring unit. Notice was not provided on two out of three occasions. The most recent incident occurred at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night without any warning. Upon calling the apartment emergency maintenance, we were informed that they would call back during normal business hours on Monday. Pros: The community is quiet."

"I really love living here! It's a well kept up property, super clean. Great location near everything you can ever need. Makeda the manager is wonderful, she's very helpful and super personable, lovely individual and has great resident events(so fun) The maintenance, Christian is even better! He gets things done so quickly, answers all my questions and very respectful and polite. He's a man with knowledge for sure. My apartment is so cozy and I plan on staying in the future."

"Our family has lived in this complex for over 12 years. The complex and unit itself is smaller in comparison to other places, however, this area and school districts are excellent and one of the reasons why we stay. Being a tenured tenant, we have seen a lot of changes in management and maintenance, Makeda and Christian have been the best that we have experienced in the past several years. They are both very professional and humble and go out of their way to ensure the residents are happy and taken care of."

"Old and overpriced!!! Be careful, manager is on duty 24h She is walking around and taking pic even at night! On Monday around 7 p.m. the manager showed up in my apartment to collect a fine !!!!!! She demanded $100 from me, although there is no mention on the resident portal that I owe money, nor did I receive an e-mail with notification and justification. Apart from that, the apartment complex is old and very overpriced. The furniture is very old and bent covered with multiple layers of white colors, the wardrobes don't close properly. In the plane size bathroom, the bathtub and the sink and the tiles are as well painted. The entrance door has peeling paint, the patio is crooked and in terrible condition, the old, neglected boards are sharp, and worst of all, they do not meet safety standards!!!!! The vertical railings on the balcony are so far from each other that an adult can fall off the balcony, so a child or our beloved pet can too!!! The roof is leaking, and we have stains on the ceiling. When there is wind, something on the roof makes quite loud noises and wakes us up. Windows and doors are also in poor condition, it is difficult to open and close, and the mosquito nets are useless because they have holes. The volleyball field should have sand, maybe it used to be there, now it's a hard surface and no one uses it. The gym has broken equipment, and it smells of damp, has no heating system at winter. Cockroaches are also a problem here, and very hot apartments, especially in summer. They keep advertising rates online that are not really available. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! UPDATES: The manager abuses his power for real!! I got a fine for garbage that wasn't mine, so I refused to pay.( she bring some photo, taken at night of garbage bag I know for sure is not mine I not using garbage bags !!!!!!!!) Now the manager is picking on me, threatening me with fines for having an animal that I don't even have. I'm under constant stress. I don't recommend living here to anyone!!!!!! Here is the hell!!!! I'm moving out soon and I feel like the manager is trying to make up reasons to not give me back my security deposit and make my life miserable. Please find attached photo ,for manager is proof she has right threatening me. ITHE RUBBISH ARE NOT MINE!!!!!!!!! I don't understated why she pick me? Update; Lease finished, glad to move out! I got letter from apartment complex, the deposit will be refunded to me in full."
