"I love my apartment. It’s an amazing area. Very quiet where I’m at especially. I love Victoria, Brittany❤️ and Laura. They are amazing. They welcome me with open arms. Been very supportive with communication vice versa. I’m definitely going to upgrade to the loftier unit. Once my lease is up.. They are awesome Five stars any day"

"Lived here from 2015 to December 2022. Overall I had a great experience, it helped living above quiet neighbors. The were usually very quick to fix any and all issues, communication was there, but definitely could’ve been better when there were issues outside of control. The parking lot had to be resurfaced a few times, but always seemed to crumble when the storm season came. Only had 1 issue with a/c the time I was there and they did let me borrow a window unit, only needed a day or so. When I first leased it was just under $1000 for a 2 bdrm, when I left they were wanting over $2000 for same unit with old cabinets and floors."

"DO NOT RENT HERE- ROACHES, WASPS, AND FECAL MATTER ON THE WALL UPON MOVE IN!!! I lived at the arbors for a total of about a year in a half. The first unit was fine. We had a few bug issues and noisy neighbors (church) but besides that, we minded our buisiness. About two months ago, I moved into a new unit in building 54. As soon as you walked in, the smell of cigarette smoke flooded your nose to the point I have friends refuse to come in (I do not smoke and never have.) The first day I moved into the new unit- there was literal fecal matter on the wall. They did not do ANYTHING about it. Next, there was a wasp infestation to which exterminators were called but it didn’t do anything. I had my last straw when I saw roaches. Multiple that FLEW. This place is out dated, DISGUSTING, and people do not care about where they live. Outside of my door was cigarette butts from the neighbor and there was always cops being called. You will not feel like a clean person if you rent here. To top everything off, they gave my phone number to a debt collector by ACCIDENT. I always paid on time and when I called Laura the manager, all she said was “sorry.” Laura the manager was extremely rude to me when I voiced my concerns and I will be warning everyone I know about this complex. Update- went to pay my final bill as they treated to send to collections in a letter and Brittany was EXTREMELY rude to me. Please don’t rent here."

"I feel safe and comfortable living there. Been here in my own unit since April 2023 but my boyfriend has lived here 2 years so I’ve been here a lot. Is it older? Yes but it is well maintained..I saw other complaints about office and maintenance and my experience 180 different. Any issues I’ve had are addressed. Immediately. Are there bugs? Bugs everywhere just have maintenance come in and spray. I’m in and out all hours day and night no problems. You get a good deal for price. I used to live one block up paid $300 month more. Interiors were same as here but they did have washed and dryer in unit. A place is what you make of it"
