"These Apartments called me on Wednesday to let me know that i came up on there list they lady told me i had two days to apply and decide if i want the Unit or not . So i applied online and called today to see when i could pay the application feee and deposit plus bring my check stub because mind you they don’t have it to where you can upload them online like other apartments do , Just For CAROL to tell me your not on our list anymore when today makes the 2nd day , that you get two days to bring money plus check stubs in and that’s crazy because what if a person don’t even have the money and y’all or working off a list so y’all are calling out of nowhere letting people know so how can we even gather stuff up within two days sorry but these apartments are a no for me they leave out the most important information and i DONT like that . If i had two days to have everything turnt in i wouldn’t have even applied ."

"My car unfortunately stopped moving near one of the gate entrances. The woman that look like the giant ants from men in black movie came out from the office and said something, me assuming they were ensuring I (a clearly pregnant woman trying to work on a car) was okay. I told them it’s okay I’m okay I’m just trying to… then i was cut off by this rude woman who said “no it’s not okay you are blocking the entrance”. Please keep in mind there is ample room next to my vehicle to get in in out and the other entrance is only 50 feet away. She stayed out side pointing and speaking not loud enough for me to hear. I had also tried moving to these apartments two years ago and was also met with that same rudeness when asking questions about the property."

"My experience at Ash Lane Apts have been pretty peaceful. Each time I asked for a repair maintenance was there. Mrs. Money have always been nice and helpful to me. I give 4 stars because no Apartment Complex is perfect."

"These apartments would not provide me with their Property Management information, and they were very rude in the exchange. Luckily I called from my work phone so calls are recorded. I wouldn't recommend these apts if something as small as providing information is an issue just think about what its like if there was ever something big. I was able to find Norstar information and will be bringing all of this to their attention, maybe they can get staffing in there that actually wants to assist in the management of this location"

"I lived here for a year and a half and the only reason why I moved out was to be closer to my parents. I never had a problem with the management, they were always very warm and welcoming when I'd drop off my rent/pick up mail from the front. The model home that I viewed upon signing my lease was exactly what I got when I moved into my own apartment home. Every time I made a work order, it took them no longer than a day to have the maintenance man come out to fix it. Overall- I enjoyed my stay at Ash Lane Apartments!"
