"1200 fuller wiser road apartment. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the exceptional service provided by Yamil and Joseph. Today I had a maintenance request for electrical issue with microwave, refrigerator ,and stove breaker tripping, and within just two hours, these two individuals arrived at my doorstep ready to tackle the issue. From the moment they entered my home, it was evident that Yamil and Joseph were consummate professionals. They greeted me with a warm smile and immediately got to work, wasting no time in troubleshooting the problem with my microwave. Their expertise and knowledge were truly remarkable, as they quickly identified the issue and efficiently replaced the microwave. But what truly amazed me was their willingness to go above and beyond their duties. While they were here, I happened to mention that my living room light bulb had also burned out. Without hesitation, Yamil and Joseph offered to take care of it for me. They not only replaced the bulb but also ensured that it was properly installed and functioning perfectly. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service were truly commendable. Throughout the entire process, Yamil and Joseph maintained a high level of professionalism, ensuring that I was informed about the progress and any additional steps they were taking. Not only were they prompt in responding to my maintenance request, but they also completed the job in a timely manner without compromising on quality. Their efficiency and dedication to their work were evident in every aspect of their service. I am incredibly grateful to have had Yamil and Joseph assist me with my maintenance needs. "STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM MAA BEAR CREEK!!! We moved into MAA Bear Creek about 2 years ago under the guise of a $1200/month rent. Just 2 years later, we are paying almost $1700 for the same unit. This is to be expected in some cases so I digress as that is not where my problems began. Since moving in, we have seen several changes in management that came with some pretty notable downsides when it came to our living conditions and amenities. For one, Yes there is a pool but it close’s multiple times a year for weeks a time. There’s also plenty of instances of kids from neighboring complexes that hop the fences and use the community pools at their discretion. They claim on site, 24/7 maintenance however they can not work until it is daylight outside. Unruly neighbors that when you call the office, they let you know that there is absolutely nothing that they can do even though one of the tenants isn’t on the lease. All this leads to my final straw. After informing our leasing office and maintenance workers that we had a problem with our AC, they sent somebody up who let me know a few things. One, the painters that recently painted the apartments had painted over all of the markings on the AC unit so they weren’t sure which one was ours. They filled up the one AC unit that was low on Freon and told me it would get better soon. I woke up the next morning to comparable heat and throughout the day it had remained until the following morning when it was 87 degrees inside and just 82 outside. They did some due diligence and brought me a window unit AC but only for a 600 sq ft dwelling where ours is 849 sq ft. This did not help in any way, shape or form as the temperature proceeded to climb to 93 throughout the course of the day with my 2 pets at home. This forced us out of our apartment for the weekend as, even though they were aware that one of their tenants does NOT have an adequately provided dwelling, they decided to book it home for the weekend. We are still at a hotel and they are letting us know to go through renters insurance knowing good and well that they won’t cover us without any damages to our apartment. They are denying any sort of responsibility for compensation in the matter. I could NOT recommend anything more than staying as far away from MAA Bear Creek as possible. Save the headache & your money."
