"I have been living in Cortland at Bear Creek for the past two years, and I can confidently say it has been an outstanding experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The apartment itself is well-maintained and modern, with spacious rooms and plenty of natural light. The amenities provided, such as the fitness center and swimming pool, have added great value to my daily life. One of the standout features of this apartment complex is the responsive and attentive maintenance team. Any issues or concerns I've had were promptly addressed, and the team always goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction."

"Every apartment has their pros and cons. The initial tour we received was amazing but the application process I felt the communication could have been better as I had to call multiple times in order to check status. During move-in, 1 of the kitchen cabinets had clearly not been cleaned in between tenants since there was leftover food inside and soot on the outside. While the interior is upgraded and luxury, the floors are insanely thin. Since there's no carpet, you can hear and feel every step the upstairs tenants take. Other than adjusting to noise, they’re quick to address the service tickets and they keep the property clean."

"From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was treated with professionalism and respect. Makayla was my leasing consultant and made my move-in really easy. She always gives it her best 110%. She’s amazing and remembers everyone when current tenants go in the office. She waves, smiles and says hello whenever she sees. The management is top notch. They are very active with the residents and always making sure things are being taken care of. The entire community is very well maintained. Maintenance requests were resolved quickly and effectively . What an amazing community. Glad I chose Cortland Bear Creek. My new apartment is definitely beautiful! It’s quiet here and I feel safe. This is a great complex very safe and in a great location they take great care of their residents always there to help and meet their needs and the apartments are very well maintained everything is new and up to tip top shape.
