"I initially selected this apartment because of the gym. I’ve been here for 2 years and the Ac has worked for about 6 months only. Kept asking them about it and they kept saying that they’re working on it. It’s been 5 months now and I assume they’re still working on it"
"I have been living in these apts for three years and my dishwasher has not worked, they just keep telling me they fixed it but it’s molded, my dryer has not worked and I’ve put in several work orders and they have not come by. And just yesterday my car was towed from my PAID parking spot and nobody can give me any answers and refuses to give me corporate number. This is not a good place to live!!!!!!"
"I lived in it for three years before the management changed. The old management was somewhat good, but this management is very bad. The rent increased without our knowledge, so we paid a fine for three months, then decided not to renew. The apartment was handed over after a month. They sent us a maintenance bill. Is it possible that I live in an apartment for two years and it does not happen? There is no scratch in it. This is the worst place to live"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. I drove all the way from South Dakota to move to these apartments and was looking forward to it. I signed my lease early July; when I got here to move in the apartment was infested with roaches and other bugs. The bathroom wasn’t done and we had to wait for that to be done. It was completely unlivable. All they had to tell me was we apologize the apartment should have been ready for you to move in. I drove 14 hours to move here and have nowhere else to go because they were lazy and didn’t bother getting the apartment ready for the tenant that they knew was coming well over a month ago. Completely unprofessional. Now, they’re going to refund me everything but the refund is going to take 45 days. They couldn’t care less about people here. Do not move here, save yourself the headache."
