"Parking is terrible! There are not enough parking places for residents. We’re forced to park in the fire lane. The office knows there are not enough parking spots but they still issue violations. No one wants to come home after work and have to drive around for 10 minutes trying to find a parking spot. Maintenance is prompt and does a good job. The area is generally quiet and neighbors are nice."

"Do yourself a favor and DONT move here! Since living here we have had multiple issues from our apartment not being cleaned when we moved in, to cockroaches and now our newest issue- having to park outside the property gate. Unless you pay extra you aren’t even guaranteed a spot inside the complex and it’s ridiculous."
