"I called to inquire about this place spoke with Jessica (office manager) made an apt to meet with her to see the apartment, she took my name and #. the day of the appointment I called and they stated they weren’t going to be able to show me the apartment because the house keeper is cleaning it, claiming the housekeeper was late, so I wondered as a courtesy since I have a life and I work why they didn’t call me to notify me the appointment would need to be changed mind you my appointment was at 12pm and when I called it was 12:10 so it was already past my appointment time and they could have easily notified me. But the Manager wouldn’t take responsibility and was blaming it on the housekeeper being late, I’m not sure how that would effect her from notifying me the appointment would need to be rescheduled, I’m glad this happened that way I don’t even bother with these ppl if they can’t be professional about an appointment for an apartment showing then I know they won’t be reliable Staff to have to constantly be dealing with."
"Ummm so I haven't lived here - I was planning on it until I checked several of the reviewers on here and they've left 5 star reviews for different apartments at the same time. Unless they're living in three places at once... I call bs."

"Do NOT move here, I repeat DO NOT move here. Management Jessica has the WORSE attitude. We had nothing but problem from the day we moved in starting with out backyard area. We were told we would get grass they came and put down rocks, weeds started growing and they wanted me to take care of it. The neighbors moved our and our apartment was infested with roaches asked for someone to come spray they never did which is why I moved out. Our home flooded due to poor maintenance. When it was finally time to move out Jessica refused our notice started their policy says they can only accept notice to vacate on the 1st of the month. I read my lease and did not see that anywhere. I go to the office and ask Jessica to show me in the lease where it says that and she stated "she doesn't have to show me and still did not accept my notice to vacate. I had to call corporate to get my issue resolved. Smh that's just a brief summary of the horrible experience we had. Again DO NOT move here."
